| The irrigated area is not only an important guarantee of food security and agricultural rural economic and social development,but also an important guarantee of realizing our strategy of food security,agricultural modernization and rural revitalization.The construction of irrigated areas is very important to increase grain productivity and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.In recent years,with the people’s longing for a better life and the deepening of the concept of ecological civilization construction,the construction and management of ecological irrigation areas urgently need the support of scientific theory and technology.Through the continuous exploration and research of experts and scholars,although the construction and management of ecological irrigated areas have achieved phased results,and the research on ecological irrigated areas is in the ascendant,but these research results are far from meeting the actual needs of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.According to the construction demand of modern irrigated areas and the national policy of rural revitalization and development,this paper puts forward the concept of ecological irrigated areas based on carbon neutrality,and reconstructs the concept of construction and management of ecological irrigated areas.In this paper,carbon neutrality,water-saving irrigation,water quality improvement,irrigation and drainage system perfection are combined with the construction of ecological irrigated areas to build the green development pattern of ecological irrigated areas.Based on this,the health evaluation system and model of ecological irrigated areas were established to evaluate the current situation of Nanwan irrigated areas in Henan province,analyze the problems in the irrigated areas,and provide effective suggestions for the construction and management of ecological irrigated areas.According to the demand of ecological irrigation area construction,this paper uses emission coefficient method to calculate the carbon source and carbon sink in the irrigated area,determine the carbon neutral level of the irrigated area,and calculate the carbon sink benefit of the irrigated area.It also analyzes the water-saving situation in the irrigated areas in recent years and clarifies the achievements achieved since the implementation of supplementary construction and water-saving reconstruction in the irrigated areas.Through water quality analysis,this paper analyzes the health status of water quality in irrigated areas,and then strengthens the water quality management in irrigated areas.In this paper,the health evaluation system of ecological irrigated area is applied to the actual situation,so as to discuss the development status of the irrigated area and evaluate the green development of the research irrigated area.The main content is as follows:(1)Theoretical reconstruction of ecological irrigation area.The ecological irrigation district,with ecological construction as its original intention,integrates the concept of green development and carbon neutrality into every link of the construction and management of the irrigation district,and is committed to building a benign ecological system with harmonious engineering system and natural environment,advanced management system,efficient use of water resources,good ecological environment,healthy economic circulation and its own characteristics.The eco-irrigated area theory adheres to the principle of green development,ensures the steady production and supply of grain and important agricultural products in the irrigated areas,improves the water ecological environment in the irrigated areas,optimizes agricultural infrastructure,and helps the irrigated areas comprehensively promote rural revitalization.(2)Study on construction and management system of ecological irrigation District.In this paper,the theory of carbon neutrality is combined with the theory of ecological irrigation area,and the construction of irrigation area is guided by the theory of carbon neutrality,and the problems in the process of ecological construction of irrigation area are found.In this paper,carbon neutrality,water saving irrigation,water quality improvement and ecological irrigation district construction are combined to establish the ecological irrigation district health evaluation system.Based on the theory of carbon neutrality and green development,the health theory of ecological irrigated areas aims to reflect the operation status of the irrigated areas,find out the adverse factors of the development of the irrigated areas,and point out the development direction of the construction of ecological irrigated areas,so as to provide reference for the management departments of irrigated areas to build traditional irrigated areas into ecological irrigated areas.(3)Theoretical practice of carbon neutrality in ecological irrigation area.In this paper,ecological irrigated area health evaluation model was used to evaluate Nanwan irrigated area in Xinyang City,Henan Province.The evaluation result was as follows: Nanwan irrigated area has achieved carbon neutrality,the comprehensive evaluation score was 77,and the irrigated area was in sub-health state at present.Excessive agricultural inputs lead to poor water quality,low water-saving efficiency and substandard green development in irrigated areas,which are the main reasons affecting the health status of irrigated areas.Based on the research of ecological irrigated area,this paper reconstructs the theory of ecological irrigated area,enriches the construction theory of ecological irrigated area,and has certain significance for the improvement and practice of ecological irrigated area theory.In this paper,ecological irrigation district health evaluation system and model were used to evaluate Nanwan irrigation district of Xinyang City,Henan Province,and the evaluation results provided a reference model for the construction of Henan Province irrigation district. |
