In recent years,metal-organic framework materials(MOFs)have become a research hotspot due to their novel structure,obvious pore size distribution and large specific surface area.It has great application prospects in gas storage and separation,catalysis,biomedicine,and sensing applications.In this paper,through the literature research on MOFs and the study on the structure of nicotine and smoke generators(glycerol-propylene glycol),terephthalic acid,2-amino-terephthalic acid,diphenyl phthalate,rich Horse acid,trimellitic acid,2,5-dihydroxyterephthalic acid and 4-methyl-5-imidazolecarboxaldehyde were ligands,and 7 MOFs with potential applications were synthesized by hydrothermal method with metal ions.Materials,X-ray powder diffraction,infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,DVS dynamic moisture analysis,nicotine adsorption test,smoke generator Tests such as adsorption tests,characterizing their structure and properties,and exploring their research in tobacco science.The main research contents ofthe thesis are as follows:According to the problem of constant humidity and moisture retention of tobacco leaves,four metal organic framework complexes of UiO-66,UiO-66-NH2,UiO-67 and MOF-801 were synthesized by hydrothermal method.X-ray powder diffraction,thermogravimetric analysis,infrared spectrum and DVS moisture adsorption test were carried out on MOFs.UiO-66,UiO-66-NH25 UiO-67 and MOF-801,were found.With good thermal stability,DVS dynamc moisture analysis test found that the complexes UiO-66 and MOF-801 have strong water retention capacity and large adsorption hysteresis,and the peak water retention rate of UiO-66 can reach 11.93%.The peak water retention rate of MOF-801 can reach 5.66%,indicating that the complexes UiO-66 and MOF-801 have good moisture retention properties and can be added to tobacco tobacco leaves for tobacco moisturization.2.Through the study on the release of nicotine and smoke agent in the new heated non-burning cigarette,the three metal organic complexes Cu-BTC,MOF-74(Mg),SIM-1.The adsorption capacity was determined by adding a metal organic complex to the nicotine-aqueous solution and the glycerol-propylene glycol-water solution,and UiO-67 was selectively adsorbed to nicotine,and SIM-1 was selectively adsorbed to the polyol Furthermore,the metal organic complexes UiO-67 and SIM-1 were added to the heated non-burning cigarette cigarettes,and a simulated suction experiment was carried out to finally measure the content ofthe nicotine and the smoke generating agent.UiO-67 and SIM-1 can effectively improve the nicotine content and the content of the mouth-by-mouth smoker,and have a certain sustained release property.
