Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)are a class of materials with topological structure that are constructed by self-assembly with organic ligands and metal ions or metal clusters.MOFs have been gradually applied in the medical field, due to its advantages of high specific surface area and designable pore structure. In this work,[AgL]n·nH2O,MOF-5 and ZIF-8 were synthesized by hydrothermal method and solvothermal method and characterized by PXRD,FT-IR and TG.The solution of[AgL]n nH2O and MOF-5 were verified to own good sterilization performance to three typical oral bacteria(Fn,Pg and UA159)by MTT reduction test, growth curve determination and flow cytometry. When the concentration of Ag+ reached to 5.29?g/mL,the solution of[AgL]n·nH2O had general antibacterial effect. While for Zn2+,only when the concentration reached to 10.59 ?g/mL,the solution of MOF-5 had general antibacterial effect. It was found that materials in solid form could significantly extend the time of sterilization. For Fn,Pg and UA159,the time was extended to 6 hr,4 hr and 8 hr,respectively. It was also found that slow-release sterilization ability was closely related to the water stability of materials by comparing the slow-release sterilization ability of[AgL]n·nH2O,MOF-5,ZIF-8 and AgNO3,and the order was as follows:[AgL]n·nH2O>AgNO3>MOF-5>ZIF-8.
