The application of oil and gas equipment technology and the application technology of the non-killing operation equipment of oil and gas fields have progressed with the continuous development of modern industry,and have been based on avoiding damage to the production layer and reducing the sustainable development of pollution production layers and resources,and reducing production costs.Compared with the traditional workover operations,the non-killing operation has many advantages.It changes the operation mode of the previous discharge overflow or the use of the circulating well hydraulic well,which can better protect the formation structure and environment,thereby improving oil and gas.The ability to produce also reduces the risk of work.Based on these advantages,in order to make the non-killing work function better,the stability of the lifting system as a key component of the non-killing work machine is crucial in the working process.The author of this paper studies the dynamic characteristics of the lifting system of the non-killing operation device,and mainly carries out the following work:(1)A brief introduction to the application of non-killing operation technology in different oil and gas wells.By investigating the development status of the non-killing work machine at home and abroad,the background,significance and main research contents of the research are introduced.(2)Introduce the working principle and composition of the non-killing work machine,and based on the knowledge of vibration theory,establish the single-degree-of-freedom,two-degree-of-freedom and multi-degree-of-freedom vibration models of the non-killing work machine lifting system.According to the working principle of the lift-free working machine lifting system,the three-dimensional physical model of the lift-free working machine lifting system is established.(3)Analyze the steady-state analysis of the lifting system of the non-killing work machine,which includes the modal analysis harmonic response analysis of the lifting system,and obtain the first 10 natural frequencies and vibration modes of the lifting system through modal analysis.The steady-state response of the system is obtained by harmonic response analysis,and the stress-frequency response diagram of the lifting system at different lowering heights is obtained.(4)Analyze the transient response analysis of the non-killing work machine system,and obtain the variation law of the velocity,acceleration and displacement of the two points of the maximum deformation and the maximum stress of the piston rod of the lifting system with time.(5)Through the analysis of the steady state and transient state of the non-killing work machine,find out the factors affecting the stability of the lifting system,and from the material parameters of the piston rod of the lifting system and the working parameters of the working load of the system.The parameter analysis of the stability of the lifting system yields materials and operating parameters that are conducive to the stability of the lifting system.
