Mniaturized sample preparation method has become prominent in separation science field.Fiber-coated needle extraction device is a new extraction technology developed with Zylon fiber coating as extraction medium,therefore it has been widely used in many fields of environmental and biological science.Needle extraction device is a one-step process for enrichment,separation and detection,which has the advantages of high extraction efficiency,convenient operation and high mechanical strength.It is suitable for the pretreatment of trace organic pollytants in various media such as air and water samples.In this paper,the preparation of a new needle extraction device and its application in the analysis of trace polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons?PAHs?in water samples were studied.Two kinds of fiber-coated needle extraction devices were prepared and used for the analysis of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons by?-?interaction,hydrophobic interaction and ion-dipole,hydrogen bond interaction,respectively.In this work,a fiber-coated needle extraction device was first applied to the enrichment and analysis of trace PAHs in water samples.The main contents of this thesis were summarized as follows:1.A molecular imprinted polymer fiber-coated needle extraction device was prepared.The extraction performance of the prepared device for PAHs were tested by headspace extraction,and the main factors affecting the performance were investigated,such as the selection of the ingredients,the proportion and the fiber bundles.The limit of detection?LOD?from 0.5 to 1.5?g/L were obtained.The repeatability was investigated by evaluating the relative standard deviations of run-to-run and needle-to-needle which were lower than 9%.The device can be continuously used for 60 cycles.The results showed that the device can be used for the analysis of trace PAHs in water.2.A sol-gel derived?OH?12Q[6]fiber-coated extraction device was prepared.The PAHs were enriched by the hydrogen bonding and?-?interaction.The main factors affecting the enrichment performance of the device,.Then the device was combined with GC under the optimum conditions to determine the repeatability,storage performance and service life.The results showed that the device have a good enrichment capacity.The relative standard deviations of run-to-run and needle-to-needle were lower than 10%.Finally,the device can be continuously used for 40 cycles.
