In recent years,extraction technology has received more attention in the extraction of volatile organic pollutants.Needle extraction technology is developed on solid-phase micro-extraction technology to enrich volatile organic gases in the air.Needle extraction technology does with solution-free in the extraction process and the extraction process is simple.Molecular imprinting fiber coating as a needle extraction device adsorbent can directly extract the target molecule from a complex environmental sample species,with good selectivity.The needle extraction device has the advantages of high permeability,high extraction efficiency,simple preparation,high specificity and high storage capacity.In this study,the molecularly imprinted polymer was coated on the fibers was applied to extract benzene,toluene,ethylbenzene and o-xylene.The article is as follows:1、Preparation of molecularly imprinted extraction device.Molecularly imprinted polymers fibers were prepared by in-situ polymerization according to the principle of molecular imprinting.This experiment explored the ratio of material,the polymerization reaction time,the polymerization temperature,the length of the chamber filled with the extraction development device,the number of filled fibers,and the desorption conditions.The optimum ratio obtained is azobisisobutyronitrile: benzoic acid,ethylene glycol dimethacrylate,and 4-vinylpyridine in a molar ratio of 1:3:45:9 at 65°C.After of reaction for 25 h,the prepared fiber was longitudefilled into the filling chamber,and the filling chamber was connected to a stainless steel needle to prepare a molecularly imprinted developed-needle extraction device.And the molecularly imprinted fiber polymers were characterized by SEM.2、The performance of the molecularly imprinted developed-needle extraction device.A molecularly imprinted developed-needle extraction device was prepared using the optimize conditions explored in the first part.It was connected to a gas chromatograph to investigate its extraction capacity,accuracy,storage capacity,service life,and reproducibility and the extraction time of different needle extraction devices.The experimental results show that the needle extraction device has a strong extraction capacity,and the RSDs extracted are below 20%,and the number of cycles can be used up to 70 times.Finally,the extraction development device was used to extract the actual sample,and the benzene series in the actual sample was quantified.The result proves that the device can directly extract the benzene series from the complex sample.
