The flue gas treatment over the years has always been the focus of environmental scientific research,compared with the traditional physical and chemical methods,biological deodorization due to its efficiency,cost effective and environmental acceptability advantages to obtain wide application.Production and living sewage into sewage treatment plant,the sewage was treated by the sewage treat equipment has a low Chemical Oxygen Demand(COD)and Biochemical Oxygen Demand(BOD),but the process of treatment will release amount of flue gas due to biological and chemical reactions,the main ingredient is hydrogen sulfide and ammonia,hydrogen sulfide and ammonia in addition to bring excitant the flue gas,also can cause human body of discomfort,staff of sewage treatment plant and sewage treatment plants surrounding residents health hazard.The core of biological deodorization are deodorization strains,this experiment through the whole process of deodorization and the biofilter deodorization for waste gas disposal which was treated by sewage treatment plant.Biological filter form biofilm in the filler surface by microorganism,the exhaust gas molecules dissolved the liquid phase in biofilm indicate,which is broken down by microbial metabolism.First we tested the biofilm film-forming ability of strains BN8,BN 15 and BS15 from the laboratory for deodorization strains,and the film forming time about 5 to 7 days.The experiment based on the several common kinds of organic and inorganic filter material adsorption rate and the physical properties to selection,finally it is concluded that ceramsite and volcano adsorption rate is highest,24 h can achieve 65.5%above,after hanging membrane for the removal rate of ammonium chloride within 12 h reached 80.2%,And they are all inorganic filler,structure strength,so choose ceramsite and volcano as filler of sewage treatment plant biological filter.Filter to narrow over the use of industrial experiments,using 20 cm in diameter,height of 150 cm fiberglass filter tower,in order to observe the internal filter material hanging membrane,and film forming stability after the hydrogen sulfide gas or ammonia,determination of air inlet and the outlet gas concentration,calculate the removal rate.After a month on average removal rate to achieve stable,low concentration of hydrogen sulfide and ammonia removal capacity in more than 99.0%,removing effect is good.The whole process of deodorization technology is a new kind of sewage deodorization,by adding the activated sludge,and activated sludge in the sewage treatment in the process of circulation,use of microbial degradation of ammonia and sulphur,and some organic matter.This experiment from activated sludge from sewage treatment plant to the high removal rate of the two strains and under anaerobic conditions growth was excellent strain S7 and N07,using methylene blue spectrophotometry and nessler's reagent colorimetric method for the removal rate of ammonium chloride and sodium sulphide in water,the results show that S7 of sodium sulfide removal rate of 95.7%or more,N07 of ammonium chloride removal rate reached 85.4%.The whole process of deodorization strains in the practical application of wastewater treatment by simulated experiment,the strain within 24 h of hydrogen sulfide removal rate reached 90.6%,under the same condition,the strains within 24 h of ammonia removal rate can reach more than 70.5%,the removal rate is good.Finally,the experiment using five deodorization strains to study the physiological and biochemical study.The optimal culture medium for LB culture medium,the optimum temperature for 30??40?,the optimum pH for 5 to 9,sewage of sewage treatment plant concentration of sodium hypochlorite generally less than 1 mg/L,in which measured strains had no effect on growth.By 16s rRNA sequencing,BN8 and BN15 are Pseudomonas sp.,BS15 is Microbacterium sp.,S7 is Citrobacter sp.,N07 is Alcaligenes sp..Through the above test results to determine the experimental strains suitable for wastewater treatment plant production waste gas treatment.At present,the design process of the experiment has been applied to the actual production of the sewage treatment plants,sewage treatment plants in several test pilot run,the effect of the reaction is good,can effectively remove ammonia and hydrogen sulfide in the exhaust gas.
