In this paper,on the basis of Pb3O4/Si system delay conposition,through the establishment of high-speed photography system to study the combustion tube interface for the delay propagation process in a dynamic research,using a laser schlieren technique combined with image technology for delay composition tube mouth spray fire flame characteristics analysis,and by changing the types of additives,mixing medicine way and charge diameter etc for a range of factors which influence the stability of delay medicine combustion interface has carried on the exploration,get the following conclusion:(1)The research on the combustion interface characteristics in the delayed charge tube shows that:The combustion process in the delayed charge tube can be divided into ignition stage,stable combustion stage and fire spraying stage.The ignition stage and the spraying stage are the important factors that affect the delay precision of delay propellant.In the ignition stage,there is a growth process from the ignition point to the combustion interface.In the stable combustion stage,there is a general process of one or more combustion interfaces gradually brightening and thickening.According to the displacement curve of combustion interface,it is found that several pulsating combustion phenomena are accompanied in this process.In the phase of delayed charge ignition,there is a phenomenon of interface recession at the combustion interface,which is the same as the pulsating combustion mechanism and is caused by internal combustion pressure.(2)The study on the flame characteristics of the delayed charge nozzle:There is turbulence in the flame flow field of the delayed secondary flame ejection phenomenon,and the two fires have different velocities,and this phenomenon is corresponding to the phenomenon of the combustion interface back in the combustion ignition stage in the tube,and the secondary flame ejection phenomenon is effectively eliminated by setting the slit structure.It is proved that the action mechanism of secondary flame eruption is caused by internal combustion pressure.(3)Influence factors of combustion interface stability of delayed propellant:By adding Se and Sb2S3,the combustion rate regulators can effectively slow down the combustion speed of the delayed propellant.In addition,it can effectively improve the stability of the combustion interface and reduce the pulsating combustion phenomenon of the propellant.By studying with the combustion process of AM-1extension medicine,further expounds the extension mechanism of pulse combustion,found the cause of this phenomenon is the high pressure gas from the burning of the interface and smoldering agents,combustion products form a certain force,increases with pressure increase the combustion speed and the rear combustion products propagation along the combustion in the opposite direction,with the increase of fracture pressure decreases,and burning rate immediately.In addition,the combustion interface stability and pulsating combustion phenomenon can be effectively improved by using wet mixing method and reducing charging diameter within a certain range.Figure[34]table[4]reference[50]...
