The digital assembly simulation platform for the rod-like system is studied in the paper.In the traditional assembly process,the parts are used as the assembly basis,and the assembly relationship is used as the connection method to complete the design process of the entire assembly scheme.In the paper,the design of the assembly scheme is studied from a new perspective.The assembly vice is used as the assembly unit and the parts are used as the connection relationship to analyze the entire assembly scheme.For the development of the entire platform,the following aspects have been done in the paper:Firstly,On the basis of the existing assembly relationship,the sub-features of the assembly are analyzed and studied according to the constraint relationship formed during the assembly process of the parts.According to the constraint characteristics of the sub-features during the assembly process,it can be concluded that the cooperation between the parts is all face-to-face contact.The constraint characteristic is classified according to the face-to-face contact mode.And then the model is established according to the assembly auxiliary information,the degree of freedom is calculated according to the constraint state of the assembly pair and the assembly accessory model is tested.According to the relationship between the components,the assembly scheme is analyzed,and the assembly is redefined.In order to describe the formation method of assembly scheme,the vector relationship,the assembly relationship and the motion relationship of the parts are studied,and the assembly scheme is summarized from the three aspects.The assembly feature behavior model is expressed by the complex link relationship of different assembly models,and the kinematic chain of the assembly is analyzed according to the direction of energy flow.Under the MFC framework in MicroSoft Visual Studio 2010,the drawing environment platform is built based on Open GL.The design of the assembly drawing is realized in the way of parameterized calling,and the design of the assembly file is completed according to the vector relationship and the assembly relationship.The assembly file is managed by the classification structure,the intelligent calling of the assembly file is realized by the loop calling method,and the visual assembly process of the part is completed.Finally,the development of the assembly platform is realized,the rewriting function is used to read and write the assembly file,and the function of the assembly is implemented.The motion simulation analysis of the rod assembly system is carried out,and the coordinate transformation of the rigid body in three-dimensional space is analyzed.The motion simulation algorithm of the rod system is studied based on the DH method,and the information data calculation of the frame behavior is realized in the motion simulation process.The frame behavior data is stored in the motion simulation file,and the process of continuously refreshing and redrawing is completed by reading the motion simulation file,the effect of motion simulation is achieved.Finally,the assembly realization and motion simulation is verified by taking the biped walking robot as an example.
