| Under the condition of limited drilling platform and dense well network,the spacing between the well trajectories is small,and the space available for vertical crossing is insufficient,which increases the risk of drilling engineering design and construction.In order to ensure the smooth progress of the construction,the wellbore trajectory data is visually displayed in a three-dimensional visualization manner,and the wellbore trajectory crossing and the anti-collision distance between the drilled trajectory and the designed wellbore trajectory are calculated by calculation to ensure that the drilling technician is under construction.It is especially important to ensure the wellbore trajectory drilling situation and adjust its parameters in time to ensure successful drilling.Based on the actual business needs of petroleum companies,this thesis studies and implements the intensive wellbore trajectory collision detection and 3D visualization system.Firstly,based on the characteristics of the existing wellbore trajectory collision detection methods,the nearest distance scanning method is used as the well trajectory collision detection method of the system,and the well trajectory collision risk assessment model is established.The safety assessment method of the well trajectory collision risk grading of the wellbore trajectory collision probability and the severity of the consequences is verified by the drilling site example.Secondly,the 3D visualization model of the well trajectory is constructed,and the minimum utilization is used.The curvature method calculates the inclination data of the wellbore trajectory,uses the OpenGL three-dimensional visualization technology to draw the well trajectory,and displays the well trajectory of multiple coincident logging data in the three-dimensional grid.Finally,the C# language and.NET are used.The platform and the SQL Server database are used to build the three-layer C/S architecture of the system,which realizes the main functions such as well field data management,grid division calculation,wellbore trajectory collision detection calculation,3D trajectory display and data consistency check.The system developed in this paper can provide drilling technicians with services such as well trajectory data management,meshing,engineering calculation,graphic display and data migration.It can help designers to propose more effective anti-collision design methods and optimize well trajectory design.In order to reduce the risk of wellbore trajectory collision in dense well areas and improve drilling economic benefits. |
