With the continuous increasing of drilling, directional drilling and horizontal drilling technology is continue to mature and improve, directional and horizontal wells in the oil and gas development occupies an increasingly important role, at the same time the auxiliary software is constantly upgrading. However, there is no special wells construction software for drilling engineers in domestic drilling site, and relative directional and horizontal wells software is only for directional engineer, the software various and uneven of quality, it does not fit the need of modern directional engineering calculation requirements. Therefore the author inherit the predecessor research results, proposes trajectory relative position separation coefficient calculation method based on error ellipse, combined with the development requirements to focus on the aspects of engineering, theoretical research emphasizes on survey calculation, graphics rendering, well track anti-collision, actual drilling monitoring, and finally, C#language is used to develop the well trajectory calculation and visualization software, as a result, the aim is providing help and guidance for the successful construction of directional and horizontal wells.
