Energy is an important basis for the survival and development of human society,and energy consumption capacity can also reflect the progress of social development.As a low-carbon energy source,natural gas has gained considerable development in recent years and ushered in new opportunities,attracting more and more domestic and foreign enterprises to enter this field.If we can stand out from the fierce competition,the key lies in the good cost control of terminal sales enterprises.For natural gas terminal sales enterprises,cost control and other industries have different requirements,because the natural gas terminal sales industry has more complex distribution process than other industries.At present,China has a large number of energy enterprises with various development scales,production products and marketing methods.However,aiming at the industry model of high income and high cost and the ever-increasing market competition environment,the enterprise has to constantly develop and expand its internal structure.Therefore,the ultimate development of the enterprise is to reduce costs.The level of enterprise cost is not only closely related to the enterprise itself,but also affects its competitiveness in the market.Effective cost control is an important way to improve the profitability of an enterprise and a very important basis for the decision-making process of production and operation.Cost is an important economic indicator,with the constant improvement of market system in our country and constant innovation,how to enhance and optimize our country enterprise cost management,enhance the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises in the market both at home and abroad,has become increasingly the focus of people,is also the first companies to expand in the society development tasks.Cost control should be positioned at the cost generated by each business activity.At present,the cost control concept of most enterprises in China is still relatively backward,the content framework of cost control is too simple,and the relevant system is not perfect.With the development of China’s economy under the new normal,the natural gas energy revolution kicked off.Natural gas,as the cleanest energy at present,ranks among the top in total consumption.Accelerating the development of natural gas industry is a key measure in China’s energy consumption revolution.Under the background of natural gas marketization reform and the transformation from financial accounting to management accounting,natural gas enterprises have to pay attention to the rationality of resource allocation and the innovation of realizing natural gas cost management and control if they want to acquire cost advantage and maintain long-termsustainable competitive advantage.If the profit space and capacity of the enterprise can be improved to the greatest extent,the bearing capacity of the enterprise for the maximum cost can be maximized,and the maximization of sales scale and the reduction of cost sustainability become the focus of natural gas enterprises.Based on the actual work content of XA company,this paper makes an in-depth study and analysis of the problems related to the internal cost control of the enterprise,and puts forward some Suggestions and measures,which is conducive to the better development of the enterprise.
