Research On Financial Risk Control Of SR Natural Gas Company

The rapid change and unpredictability of the market make enterprises face unprecedented risks and challenges in the market competition.Natural gas is widely used in agriculture,industry and Resident life,and so on.Therefore,the country attaches great importance to it.However,with the rapid development of natural gas industry and the changeability of the external environment of enterprises,the difficulty of risk management and control is becoming more and more serious,and finance is becoming more and more difficult.Risks are becoming more and more complex,and in order to effectively avoid financial risks,the management of enterprises must be more scientific,reasonable and standardized.Taking SR Natural Gas Company as an example,this paper make a study of its financial risk management.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the study,summarizes the relevant research on financial risk management at home and abroad,and puts forward the research methods and ideas of this paper.The second chapter introduces the theoretical basis of enterprise financial risk management,summarizes the related concepts of enterprise financial risk and the control methods of enterprise financial risk by reading relevant literature and theoretical knowledge.Chapter 3 identifies the current situation and problems of financial risk control of SR Natural Gas Company,analyses the financial situation of the company,and finds out the problems existing in the financial risk control of the company.In the fourth chapter,the financial risk evaluation model of SR Natural Gas Company is constructed by combining the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and efficiency coefficient method.The fifth chapter gives the solution and safeguard measures of financial risk control of SR Natural Gas Company.Chapter 6 is the conclusion and outlook.It is mainly about the conclusions and suggestions of this paper on the financial risk control of SR Company,as well as the shortcomings of this paper and the prospects for further research.This paper takes SR Natural Gas Company as the research object,synthesizes the related theory of financial risk control,and puts forward some innovative and feasible measures and suggestions.SR Company should improve the risk awareness of financial personnel,optimize capital structure,establish financial risk early warning system,and strengthen cost management control.It also puts forward some safeguard measures,such as formulating long-term development strategy,establishing risk management awareness,improving organizational structure,and improving internal and external regulatory environment.It is hoped that it will play a certain reference role in improving the ability of financial risk management of the company,and provide a reference for Chinese enterprises to improve the ability of financial risk management and control.
