The development of economy affects people's pursuit of healthy living,and the popularity of sport has led to the development of sport shoes.Because people are not just satisfied with the look and comfort of their sport shoes,but more demanding to the level of functionality.The function design of sneaker is roughly divided into the cushioning and support protection two kinds.This paper applies bionics structure and function principle,and the new concept of "ridge support" is proposed with the support,flexibility and protection of the vertebrae of animals,in order to change the shortcomings of existing athletic shoe support structure and lack of flexibility.This subject is based on the research of "ridge support" in the function design of sneaker,focusing on the combination of ridge support and shoe function design,and the ridge support structure is introduced into the function design of sports shoes.From the application of ridge support in the function design of sneaker,this paper analyzes and summarizes the importance of the ridge support structure for the function design of sneaker.Through doing market research and observing in Jordan corporate science laboratory,we analyze the support structure of the existing sports shoes in various sport brands.The different modes of supporting structure are analyzed by means of material,process and stress point system.The support and flexibility of the support structure of sneaker are carried out and relevant data are obtained.,so this paper gets the deficiency of supporting structure in the function design of sneaker,such as simple structure and lack of flexibility,and the corresponding solutions and methods are proposed also.Taking a series production of Spine Moving in 2018,as example,the characteristics of the ridge support structure are applied to the function design of sport shoes,and we are further explore the design method of the ridge support structure in the design of sports shoes.In the exterior form of sneakers,the contrast and transformation of the process,the exaggeration and weakening of the shape and the differences of the material can satisfy the requirement of the shoe's support and flexibility;Inside the shoe,The decentralization and emphasis of support points are adopted which the support points of the heel,side and front of the shoe are constantly divergent,in order to make the shoe stable and uniform.Emphasis is placed on the distribution of foot pressure.According to the stress analysis,the emphasis should be emphasized on the distribution point of the heel,arch and inner toe.In that way,the shoes can achieve stability.The above design methods are applied to the practice study in spring/summer of Spine Moving.Finally,based on the CBA brand products,the series production of spine moving" are made,and they will be listed in Autumn and winters,2018.The research and application of the ridge support structure in the function design of sports shoes making the support structure return to the most professional angle.The ridge support structure not only can meet the requirements of athletic shoes,but also more flexible;not only is the demand for sports shoes promotion,but it also enables consumers to truly understand the safe wearing experience and be willing to accept it.The style of spine moving can meet the fashion demands of people wearing sneakers in a rapidly changing life,even can satisfy the requirement of athletic shoes function,making sports fans can really choose a pair of sneakers that are safe and comfortable.
