| With the rapid development of China’s economy and the introduction of advanced management ideas,the direction of enterprise management has changed significantly.From the perspective of cost,cost minimization and rationalization has become an important choice for enterprises to obtain competitive advantages,which also makes the management core of enterprises gradually turn to cost management.The cost management work of company H is universal.Due to the variety of enterprise costs caused by various projects,the specific cost under each cost is relatively high,which makes the cost management of company H difficult.Based on this,the optimization of the cost management structure of H company can effectively improve the operating capacity and management level of H company,and the profit level and comprehensive competitiveness of H company in the international market can be improved by means of cost reduction.First through the literature review method,combing the theory of core competence theory,cost management at home and abroad,fine management,and other data,and the domestic and foreign scholars in refined oil sales enterprise cost management integrating results,and more on simple combing specific method and theory,then through probability H company’s actual investigation,and to adopt questionnaire and interviews for collecting and organizing knowledge of H company cost management present situation,find out the problems existing in the cost management of H company.Based on the cost management theory and the cost refinement management theory,combined with the current situation of H company’s cost management,a series of problems existing in the cost management of H company were analyzed.Combined with the cost refinement management mode,the current internal problems are solved.Based on the actual situation and status of H company,the cost refinement management system of H company was designed,and the guarantee measures for the effective implementation of the system were determined.Specific methods of cost refinement management of H company are put forward to provide guidance for the cost management of H company.This will have a positive effect on the cost reduction and economic benefit improvement of H company. |
