Transparent Conductive Films(TCFs).as the key layer of flexible display devices,have a direct impact on the quality of flexible electronic products.Silver nanowires(AgNWs)are the best conductive electrodes for flexible TCFs due to their excellent prolperties.It is very significant to study the preparation and storage of high aspect ratio AgNWs and post-treatment of preparing thin films for improving the performance of flexible TCFs.The growth process of AgNWs was studied in detail.The effects of the molar ratio between AgCI seeds and AgNO3.the reaction time of AgCl.reaction temperature and metal ions on the morphology of silver nanowires were discussed.By means of SEM.TEM.XRD and UV-Vis spectroscopy,high-pLurity AgNWs with 52 nm in diameter and aspect ratio above 1 000 were synthesized when the molar ratio between AgCl seeds and AgNO3 was 1:5 and the reaction of AgCl was 4 min at 150 ? in the presence of trace CuCl2 in the reaction solution.Highly stable AgNWs ink plays a significant role in improving the application performance of AgNWs.Stable AgNWs ink was prepared by mixing glycerol,triethanolamine(TEA)and PVP with water.The effects of the volume ratio between glycerol and TEA,the concentration and molecular weight of PVP on the stability of AgNWs ink were discussed.The results showed that PVP and TEA adsorbed on the surface of AgNWs and changed the Hildebrand/Hansen solubility parameters of the mixed solvent,thus improving the stability of silver nanowires ink.AgNWs ink has the highest stability and can be stored stably for 35?40 days when the volume ratio between glycerol and triethanolanine is 2:3.the concentration of PVP is 6 mg/mL and the molecular weight is 360K.The influence of spin-speed on the performance of TCFs was studied.TCFs with sheet resistance of 54 ?/sq and transmittance of 92%at 550 nm could be obtained by using variable speed in the preparation process.After storing for 35 days.the sheet resistance of TCFs only increased by 18?/sq and the transmittance only decreased by 4%after cleaning for 2 cycles.The process of immersing TCFs into halide solution was studied in detail,and the mechanism that redox reaction of Ag atoms in halide solution leads to fusion of AgNWs junctions was established.Comparing the immersing effects of NaF,NaCI and NaBr solutions,it is found that when the concentration of NaF solution is 0.4 M and the immersing time is 4 min at room temperature.the sheet resistance of TCFs is the smallest.only 24 ?/sq.After 500 bending tests,the resistance only increased to 84 ?/sq.
