Veterinary drugs are generally used in curing animal diseases, which plays an important role in ensuring animal husbandry and promoting social development. However, with the increasing amounts of veterinary drugs, which would lead to veterinary drugs residues in animal original foods such as milk, muscle and liver, eventually damaged the food quality, produced serious side effects on consumers, such as allergic reactions, drug resistance and toxicity. In view of the hazard of veterinary drug residues,it is necessary to rapid screening residues of veterinary drugs and in order to further confirm. The main contents of this study are as follows:(1)In order to valid the effectiveness and reliability of tetracyclines ELISA-based visualization microarray chip kit,the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, reproducibility, the detection limit, stability and inter-assay coefficients of variation for the kit were evaluated. Results showed that the kit had a great performance with the limit detection 3.30 ?g/L.The inter-assay coefficients of variation was less than 20%,and the average of tetracycline recovery in milk was 97.8%,demonstrating that the method had a good sensitivity, specificity, reproducibility and coefficient of variation. The kit could be applied for the detection of tetracyclines in milk samples.(2)In order to valid the effectiveness and reliability of sulfonamides ELISA-based visualization microarray chip kit,the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, reproducibility, the detection limit, stability and inter-assay coefficients of variation for the kit were evaluated. Results showed that the kit had a great performance with the limit detection 1.53 ?g/L.The inter-assay coefficients of variation was less than 20%,and the average of sulfonamides recovery in milk was 106.6%,demonstrating that the method had a good sensitivity, specificity, reproducibility and coefficient of variation. The kit could be applied for the detection of sulfonamides in milk samples.(3)ELISA-based visualization microarray chip kits were applied for the analysis of tetracyclines and sulfonamides residues in 210 milk samples, which collected from major dairy areas of large and medium-sized cities of China from June to August in 2016.Results showed that the detection rate of tetracyclines was 7.1%,while the detection rate of sulfonamides was 3.8%,which were lower than the maximum residue limit values of China,so the milk from market in China was in a safety range.
