The first priority during tubing transmission logging perforating operation is to make sure the reliability and safety of detonation,so as to avoid the occurrence of accidental explosion,One is the initiation of the perforating gun but the signal can be detected,the other is not detected whether the initiation of the perforating gun.A dirigible detonation device is used in this design,which works through a specific manner from the ground(such as pressure),and identifies the pressure by the downhole pressure sensor.The test device compares and recognizes the collected pressure signal with a preset pressure detonator coding command,and when the temperature in the well is substantially consistent with the one of the previous environmental exploration,the determination conditions is ready,on which the ignition circuit in the device will be activated,and the perforating gun connected to the detonation is started.The main content of this paper are as follows:(1)The manners,safety technology and intelligent system of tubing injection detonation are introduced,and the structure and functions of tubing transmission perforation controller are designed based on the reference to both domestic and foreign technical characteristics.(2)The structure and controlling manner of the device are designed,in which the shell body and cover of the detonator are issued,and the force analysis is proceeded,the tube,joints and tubing shear-release joints linked thereto are set,and the plan of detonation mode selecting and control research is generated.(3)Based on the function and performance requirements of the detonation control device,a control system is designed,including the design of the circuit schematic diagram,the main control chip,the storage circuit,and the power circuit control system,the software programming work is carried out.By using Altium Designer to draw schematic diagrams and PCB board production,the internal temperature sensors and their signal acquisition circuits are produced.(4)The semiconductor refrigeration system is designed based on the research of Peltier effect,and the simulation of radiator model in the temperature control system is done through ANSYS software to gain the fully control on detonation device when it is in a high temperature and high pressure working condition,which will guarantee the reliability of the internal components when the system is working.(5)The depth positioning system is generated by based on the identification and judgment of the hoop pulse signal,and the hoop identification is performed by means of pre-filtering and energy discrimination.At the same time,the detonation signal detection feedback system is placed at the wellhead to collect vibration signal to support the further design of amplifying circuit,filtering signal,power frequency trap circuit,etc.,which will be processed to check the degree of detonation.Finally,the effect simulation of the signal detection system is carried out by Proteus simulation software.
