This paper aims to control reciprocating continuous hydraulic wave signal generator to produce continuous wave,the main contents of the study include the control mechanism and control method of the continuous wave signal generator.The control mechanism includes the design,structural optimization and simulation analysis.The control method includes the motion state analysis,signal control and the motor selection of power mechanism of generating continuous wave.According to the pressure flow characteristics to generate continuous waves,the principle of the control mechanism is to use the hydraulic reciprocating mechanism to control the main spool reciprocating motion.The control method is mainly based on the mechanical characteristics and speed regulation characteristics of the brushless DC motor,the design motor according to a certain law movement,this motion is matched with the hydraulic reciprocating motion control mechanism.The control mechanism of the reciprocating continuous wave signal generator is mainly for the design of the surface cam mechanism and the cant cam mechanism,design considerations include mechanical seal,mechanism load characteristics,job reliability,ease of assembly,coupling selection,mechanism coaxial and so on.The control method mainly studies the structure,working principle,speed regulating mechanism and rotor position detection of the brushless DC motor,and selects the motor which matches the control mechanism.
