Cheongsam is a product that combines Chinese and Western cultures,and it also reflects the aesthetics of the Chinese nation's millennium civilization.In modern times,people began to re-examine and loudly appealed to the return of Chinese traditional culture.The main research content of this project is to explore the integration of Hangzhou local culture and modern cheongsam design.The research topic is based on the "Hangzhou Global Cheongsam Day" project in 2018,based on the current research status of modern cheongsam culture,the local culture of Hangzhou is taken as the starting point to explore and refine the representative elements of local culture and modern cheongsam culture.In the experience and design practice of the project,through the material spiritual culture of different periods left in Hangzhou history,these memory symbols are designed with modern cheongsam as the carrier,so as to achieve the purpose of inheriting and innovating the local culture and cheongsam culture of Hangzhou.Looking forward to the new look of Hangzhou in the future.A large number of literature studies and questionnaire surveys have been carried out during the research of the subject,which provided an exact theoretical basis and practical basis for the subject.First of all,the article sorts out the historical trajectory of Hangzhou native culture and the cultural context of cheongsam,extracts the representative elements of Hangzhou native culture and cheongsam culture,and considers the possibility of merger between the two;secondly,through questionnaires,we can understand the public's understanding and prospects of Hangzhou local culture and modern cheongsam design,sum up the local culture of Hangzhou and the modern cheongsam elements and the meaning of the combination of the two,and skillfully use the fashion design method to study and analyze the way of merger;finally,through the conclusions of the above research and analysis,design practice,pre-existing thinking and theory combined with research and analysis,case analysis and post-design practice,and summarize and forecast the relevance of the research,pointing out the feasibility and inadequacies of the research.Directional guidance for the subsequent innovation of cheongsam design.
