Silane coupling agent is a commonly used organic silicon compound,known as silane.The silane coupling agent is different from other compounds.It has two different chemical properties at the same time.The other end is a hydrolyzable group.Because silane coupling agent has this kind of property,it can connect two different properties of the material interface,and also has the characteristics of hydrolysis and condensation.This article reviews the research.More and more researchers are starting from molecular synthesis design to study the control conditions to obtain functional prepolymers with a special structure of silane or molecular weight control.However,the active special functional groups,such as epoxides,ethoxylates,and methoxy silane hydrolysis and condensation reactions,generally produce gel phenomena.Based on sol-gel method research gamma-(2,3-epoxypropyl oxygen)propyl silane three oxygen radicals,commodity called KH560 hydrolytic condensation reaction process,the conductivity test method to analyze the basic characteristics of its hydrolysis.The effects of content,ethanol content,temperature and PH value on hydrolysis process were studied.A new experiment was designed,and the characterization of IR and GPC was carried out in detail to analyze the hydrolysis condensation process and determine the following influencing factors: reaction time,hydrochloric acid catalyst and reaction temperature.From the epoxy silane coupling agent was studied then the aggregate performance of oligomer,choose commonly used epoxy KH560 silane coupling agent as raw materials,From the perspective of molecular structure,design a new synthesis methods of oligomer,epoxy silane hydrolysis condensation first get epoxy silane oligomer,epoxy silane and another yuan alcohol on esterification reaction,the stability of epoxy silane oligomer,through 29 si nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum-NMR analysis of oligomer,its degree of polymerization is 4.This paper studies the use of the stability of the preparation of epoxy silane oligomer to participate in the feasibility of the synthesis of silicone acrylic emulsion,and discusses the various process conditions such as silane added amount and ratio of emulsifier,temperature on the influence of the emulsion.At the same time,the film performance has also been tested.Because of the active epoxy group,KH560 can participate in the formation of crosslinked emulsion.Epoxy group and carboxyl reaction,silane since the crosslinking reaction,in the process of hydrolysis of emulsion had modification effect,improve the stability of latex and dry film water resistance and heat resistance and mechanical properties.In this paper,we studied the practical application of epoxy-silicane low polymer in the exterior wall coatings of waterborne buildings.Set after the blank sample and test samples and contrast samples are added to 0.1 Wt % of epoxy silane oligomer,according to GB/T 9755 2001 series,GB/T 9266 determination of architectural coatings coating scrubbing resistance,GB/T 9780 "architectural coatings coating contamination resistance test method to do the contrast test,the results found that directly to join oligomeric coating samples can obviously improve the building exterior wall coating of adhesion,water resistance and abrasion resistance and dirt resistance.
