In recent years,with the widespread use of petroleum products,the exploitation of petroleum has expanded from land to sea,which has led to frequent marine oil pollution.Oil pollution has seriously threatened the survival of marine organisms、the balance of marine ecosystem,and even human health and social development.People pay more and more attention to the problem of oil pollution.It is very important to make low-cost,high-efficiency,no secondary pollution,easy to recycle oil-absorbing materials.Porous materials have the advantages of low relative density,high specific surface area,heat insulation and good permeability.How to prepare oil-water selective,recyclable and high adsorption efficiency oil-water absorbing materials based on the excellent structure of porous materials has attracted extensive attention of researchers.In this paper,melamine sponge was modified to prepare a kind of recyclable modified sponge material with high oil absorption efficiency and oil-water separation performance,and its structure,morphology,performance and application were analyzed.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,melamine sponge was used as the base material,and methyl trichlorosilane,propyltrichlorosilane and pentyltrichlorosilane were used to hydrophobically modify the sponge by immersion method,so as to obtain the modified sponge with oil-water separation performance.Then,on the basis of silane melamine sponge,nano-Fe3O4 microspheres were coated on the surface of modified sponge by ultrasonic method,and magnetic silane melamine sponge with magnetic properties was obtained.Secondly,through FTIR,XRD,SEM,TGA and so on,the chemical composition and structural characterization of siliconized melamine sponge and magnetic siliconized melamine sponge were studied.It was revealed that the modified sponge has the structural advantage of good adsorption,that is,it has a large gap and a high roughness.The modification rule and reaction mechanism of melamine sponge modified by silane coupling agent were studied.The thermal stability and magnetic properties also make the modified sponge have good recycling performance and practical application value.Thirdly,through the evaluation of the wettability,oil absorption ratio and circulation performance of the silicified melamine sponge and the magnetic silicified melamine sponge,it is proved that the two kinds of sponge materials have good recyclability for oil and organic solvent,and provide a certain experimental basis for the study of silane coupling agent modified materials.Finally,two kinds of modified sponge were used to simulate the adsorption and separation of light oil on the surface and heavy oil on the bottom.Two kinds of modified sponges showed good oil-water separation performance,high adsorption performance,high oil retention performance,etc.at the same time,magnetic melamine silicide sponges also showed good magnetic recovery performance.Therefore,both the silicified melamine sponge and the magnetic silicified melamine sponge are expected to be widely used in practical applications. |
