With the rapid development of science and technology,for steelmaking productivity,steel costs,steel purity and performance have put forward higher and higher requirements.An effective way to improve the quality of molten steel is through the adjustment of molten steel to adjust the composition of molten steel,the main equipment is ladle refining furnace.The electrode regulator is an important equipment in the refining furnace.In the refining process,some key indicators are directly affected by the position of the electrode.The regulator of the electrode is the core control system of the furnace refining,which promotes the research of the electrode controller and is important Meaning,and then accurately and effectively control the temperature and composition of molten steel furnace.This paper is the research of the refining furnace as the background of the electrode regulator as the object of study,to further master the basic process of furnace refining,especially the furnace electrode structure and the principle of work.The heating system model of ladle refining furnace is analyzed.For the preliminary design of the electrode control system,the furnace electrode power supply system and the arc mechanism to do a mathematical modeling and analysis,and then the hydraulic system in detail.And then introduced to meet the regulation of the controller conditions and adjustment tasks,the need to ensure that the three-phase arc power is constant,so the introduction of the common electrode control three strategies:constant power,constant current and constant impedance control strategy,based on the formation of the some of the electrode regulator.Next,the application of the SCL language design of the hydraulic pump control,arc voltage setting program block,also introduced the electrode lift impedance controller,and use the ladder diagram to write power,power control program.Finally,the application monitoring computer PC station,equipped with WinCC configuration software,Step programming debugging environment,to provide man-machine interface(HMI),successfully completed with the next PLC data communication function,as a basis,And provides the interface for the operation of the customer conveniently,and can realize the dynamic tracking of the smelting process of the ladle refining furnace,the dynamic collection and archiving of the important data of the scene,the recording and display of the alarm,the parameter input and so on.
