| In order to adapt to the infant’s fragile gastrointestinal digestion,we launched a comfort infant formula.This article develops formula research for infant formula milk powder.Based on breast milk research results,through protein,fat,oligosaccharide design and optimization,etc.,the product is closer to breast milk and more conducive to gastrointestinal digestion and absorption.Therefore it can improve the intestinal comfort of infants.At the same time,product solubility and bacteria control technology research was carried out.The main results are as follows:1)Based on breast milk research and clinical research,1,3-dioleoyl-2-palmitoyl triglyceride(OPO),hydrolyzed whey protein,a-lactalbumin,casein phosphopeptide(CPP),oligosaccharides,nucleotides,etc.are selected to reorganize the structure of the corresponding components in infant formula,in order to make the product’s nutrients closer to breast milk.We added natural milk fat and OPO to make palmitic acid in the final product ≥40%in Sn-2,and optimized the product by adding OPO according to its function of promoting the proliferation of beneficial bacteria such as bifidobacteria,combined with oligosaccharides.Meanwhile,hydrolyzed whey protein and a-lactalbumin were added to optimize the protein composition.Make the product more conducive to the digestion and absorption of the infant’s gastrointestinal tract.2)We have established methods for the detection of OPO,galacto-oligosaccharide and CPP in the final product.And a method for detecting the hydrolysis degree of the raw material hydrolyzed whey protein powder.OPO is determined by gas chromatography.We use the retention time of the standard to determine the existence of OPO,and use area percentage method to determine the amount of OPO.Galacto-oligosaccharide is determined by ion chromatography with amperometric detector external standard method.In order to detect CPP,we first precipitated the protein by trifluoroacetic acid.After filtration separated by liquid chromatography,and determined by UV detection,using the external standard method to determine the CPP content in the product.The degree of hydrolysis of the hydrolyzed whey protein powder is determined by adding 1-(dimethylamino)ethanethiol hydrochloride or 2-(dimethylamino)ethanethiol hydrochloride to react O-Phthaldialdehyde with a peptide bond amino group to produce alkylisoindole chromophore with absorbance at 340 nm.Then divide the number of hydrolyzed peptide bonds by the total number of theoretical peptide bonds in the sample to obtain the degree of hydrolysis.3)We have studied agglomerated powder comprehensive granulation process for infant formula milk powder and three sterilization processes during the production,including centrifugal sterilization,vacuum batching and high-purity steam direct spray sterilization(DSI).The concentrated liquid infant formula is processed by three drying systems(pressure atomization system,direct agglomeration granulation system in fine powder recovery spray drying tower and fluidized bed re-drying agglomeration granulation system)to become milk powder rich in porous three-dimensional network.The material in the vacuum mixer enters the vacuum mixing tank through the vacuum mixing conveying pipeline while mixing,and then returns to the vacuum mixer to continue mixing with new material.Cycle this way until all the material enters the vacuum batching system and mixes evenly.This process reduces air ingress and avoids microbial contamination.The sterilization process uses a centrifugal sterilization machine to separate the bacteria in the raw milk,especially the bacteria of some special species.Then inject the sanitary steam into the mixed milk through the direct steam injector to achieve the instantaneous sterilization effect.The"comfort formula"series of infant formula was developed to achieve industrialization. |
