| Since the reform and opening policy put into practice in China,Our country’s iron and steel enterprises developed very fast.Iron and steel industry has become one of the most industrial part in the process of industrialization in the world.Not only the yield,output value,product structure,but also the technology in this field has been improved as what never be seen before.However,in recent years,under the attack from the international press and the blind development,iron and steel enterprises in China are facing severe challenges and tests.Business performance is declining to a extremely low level in that situation.The competition between the iron and steel enterprises is getting more and more severe.Under this circumstance,more and more iron and steel enterprises try to create high performance with optimized human resources to survive such a crisis and develop well.Middle class managers play a very important role in the enterprise.On the one hand,if the decisions come from the level of decision-making can be effectively implemented depends on what a kind role the middle class managers play;on the other hand,more opportunities for middle class managers to contact with the workers,then they can provide effective tand appropriate guidance and management.In addition,the middle-level managers are senior managers’ successors in the future for the development of enterprises.Middle class managers in the enterprise are not only the "leadership" and "employee",their level of performance,in a large extent,determines the development of enterprises.Therefore,the design of a proper and practical performance evaluationsystem,and then with the appropriate methods and models to put it into use is very urgent and important for enterprises.In this paper,the performance evaluation system of HG middle class managers was taken as the research object,with which I try to find the existing problems in the HG middle managers performance evaluation system through analysis.And with the analysis of the problems,more modern human resource management tools will be introduced to improve the performance evaluationsystem of HG group.By writing this article,hope to provide some reference and applicable methods to the state-owned steel enterprises to design and reform their performance evaluationsystem. |
