| Ship Safety management level of shipping companies is an important factor for shipping companies to ensure water safety,effectively prevent water accidents,and enhance their international competitiveness and economic benefits.As there are many problems in ship safety management of shipping companies,how to evaluate their safety management level correctly is a difficult problem to solve urgently.Aiming at the deficiencies and existing problems of ship safety management evaluation of shipping companies,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of ship safety management of shipping companies on basis of systematic analysis of factors affecting safety management of shipping companies.Through the comparison and analysis of the commonly used safety management evaluational methods,the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluationis adopted in this paper.In view of the strong subjectivity of the weight value in the evaluation method,this paper proposes the weighted normalization method and the grey correlation degree method to modify the weight of the criterion layer and the implementation layer respectively,thus establishing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the shipping company ship safety management in this paper.Take the field data of WH shipping company as an example to verify the model and evaluate its safety management level.Through the analysis of the evaluation results,it finds that the WH shipping company is generally at a "good" level in ship safety management,which shows that the evaluation model constructed in this paper has a good application value.At the same time,the key factors affecting the ship safety management level on ship safety management are found.Based on influencing factors of ship safety management,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for WH shipping company,which is of great practical significance to improve theship safety management level of shipping company and the safety level of water traffic. |
