With the advent of the era of personal customization of clothing,people's requirements for the appearance of clothing and the inherent comfort are also increasing.Clothing pressure is a hot research field in recent years,especially for tubular elastic weft-knitted fabrics such as elastic stockings and sports wristbands.The clothing pressure is one of the important indicators to measure the quality of products.In the actual production process,how to precisely control the clothing pressure of the forming fabric according to the different shapes of the individual is a major difficulty encountered by the production enterprise.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the relationship between various parameters in the knitting process and the clothing pressure of the elastic knitted fabric,and the change of the process parameters mainly depends on the current status of the setting.This paper takes tubular elastic weft-knitted fabrics as the research object.Firstly,it discusses the influence of machine parameters,process parameters and yarn characteristic parameters on the structure of the forming fabric from the weft knitting process,and discusses the elastic weft-knitted fabric.The special coil structure is analyzed.The main influencing factors of the coil geometric parameters are analyzed.The method of data fitting is used to obtain the calculation method of coil circle distance and circle height value.Based on the CT scanning imaging,the shape of the elastic core wire of the yarn in the weft knitted fabric coil unit is analyzed,and 15 nodes describing its trajectory are determined.According to the position of each node and the ratio of the circle distance and the circle height Relationship,the coordinate value calculation model of all nodes is obtained;in the fabric geometric modeling software TexGen,these nodes are imported,and the parametric curve three-dimensional geometric model of the tubular elastic weft knitted fabric is established by the spline curve method.Based on the completed geometric model,the spring-particle physical model of the elastic weft-knitted fabric was established by combining the experimentally observed elastic weft-knitted fabric loop with a small pulling force,and the particle position and spring were analyzed.The elastic coefficient of the fabric is calculated by the physical model.The tensile force of the fabric is uniformly stretched for a certain length.The relationship between the radial pressure of the tubular fabric and the circumferential tension is obtained.On the basis of the method of clothing pressure,on the basis of the proportional relationship between the circle distance and the circle height value,according to the average radius and pressure value of the predetermined wearing part,the appropriate value of the process parameters in the weaving is inversely calculated.Finally,in the Abaqus software,the clothing pressure of the fabric was simulated by the finite element method,and the method of deriving the clothing pressure was verified.The tensile test of the weft-knitted elastic stockings with different knitting parameters was carried out,and the experimental values were in line with the theoretical calculations.It shows the feasibility of calculating the fabric clothing pressure method from the knitting parameters,which has certain theoretical guidance and practical application value.
