And its process design is unique. There is a large difference of appearance with different kinds of weft knitted fabric which makes the simulation of fabric is difficult. The subject researched the structure and design method of weft knitted fabrics. The method of fabric simulation was established, and the computer simulation was realized.It is significant to improve the design and production efficiency of weft jacquard fabric.Firstly, the subject divided the weft knitted fabric into color and structure jacquard fabrics. The knitting principle and structure of the two kinds of fabrics was studied in detail. And it introduced the process design of the two kinds of fabrics from the aspects of pattern, stitch, reverse design, etc. And it lays the foundation for the design model, the loop structure model and the deformation analysis of weft knitted fabrics.Secondly, this subject studied the design model of weft knitted fabrics, and introduced the model from the aspects of pattern grid model, knitting grid model, etc. Then established the transformation model according to the relationship between the two models. Besides, the entry model was designed and accomplished mathematical description of pattern design, knitting grid design and the entry information in every feed.Then according to basic loop geometry model and analysis of the fabric loop structure, the subject came up with the eight points loop model of weft knitted fabrics. And got the tuck, floating, and transfer loop by measurement and analysis. In addition the deformation of the double-faced jacquard fabric, the pleated jacquard fabric, the transfer jacquard and the tuck jacquard fabric were analyzed deeply. The structure parameters were measured through microscope, and the laws of weft knitted fabrics were got according to the deformation in horizontal or vertical.Finally, the subject is based on the loop geography model and uses GDI+graphics device interface to draw the loop according to the knitting information, deformation and the materials, etc. Then it adds illumination model and texture characteristics of fabric surface to get final simulation pictures of weft knitted fabrics. It supports two ways to draw loop. One draws by lines, and another by curves, which makes the simulation faster and well. And it is practical both in color and structure jacquard knitted fabrics. |
