The Chinese broccoli planting area and total output is leading in the world.In recent years,the scale of broccoli planting is still growing rapidly,but the degree of mechanization of broccoli processing is low.At present,there are no related mechanical devices for broccoli cutting in China.Foreign studies on the mechanization of broccoli dicing were earlier,the cutting method includes: only cutting,only removing the core,and grading the cutting method.The only dicing method is efficient,and the tiling of the broccoli is performed by using a fixed model cutter,and the stems on the large stem are still present on the cut broccoli pieces,resulting in poor dicing effect;Most of only removing the core types adopts the mechanical device that rotates the spherical tool around the fixed axis to remove the broccoli.The structure is relatively simple,but the cutting is usually not in place,and there is still a large block after the end of the cutting,which requires manual secondary processing.The grading cutting methods adopt two cut steps Cutting the broccoli into pieces and remove the core,this cutting effect is good,but the structure is complex and the efficiency is lower.Based on the above situation,this paper aims to achieve uniform dicing of the broccoli after harvest and efficient core removal,focus on the mechanical and physical properties of broccoli in China,established a mathematical model for the kinematic analysis of the broccoli cutting-coring mechanism.According to the ideal dicing trajectory,the kinematic parameters are optimized and the dynamics simulation analysis and verification are performed,and set up a broccoli cutting-coring production line for experimental research.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1)In view of the design requirements of broccoli cutting-coring production line,it is necessary to carry out experimental research on the mechanical and physical properties of broccoli,and combine the ideal dicing trajectory obtained from the physical properties of broccoli with the influencing factors of the cutting force obtained from the mechanical property test.The optimal tool structure parameters and working parameters provide a reasonable basis for the subsequent design of the broccoli cutting production line.2)According to the ideal trajectory of broccoli dicing and the best tool structure,proposed the broccoli cutting-coring mechanism and established the kinematic model of the broccoli cutting-coring mechanism.According to the cutting trajectory of broccoli establish an institutional parameter optimization model to obtain the best institutional parameters.3)Established a dynamic analysis model of the broccoli cutting-coring mechanism,and the two driving forces were calculated using the Lagrangian equation.Then established virtual prototype of broccoli cutting-coring mechanism,and carried out the dynamics simulation.According to the dynamic simulation results,the force of each hinge point of the mechanism was judged,based on this,the structure of the dicing mechanism was optimized,and the design of the broccoli cutting-coring production line device was finally completed.4)Completed the part design and selection of the cutting-coring mechanism,the assembly and debugging of the cutting-coring production line prototype was completed,the dicing test was carried out on the prototype,and the tracking of the mechanism trajectory was completed by high-speed camera technology.The feasibility of the cutting-coring mechanism is verified by comparing the actual trajectory with the theoretical simulation trajectory.
