With the development of science and technology,the degree of industrial automation has become higher and higher.Industrial automation is mainly used to replace people with machines in actual work,minimizing manpower operations.In the textile industry,cheese is the output of the textile mill winding process.The weight,packaging and conveying of cheese are basically realized by manual or by a part of the machine.Among them,human operation is an indispensable condition.When cheese is packaged,the operator repeats the work for a long period of time,is prone to fatigue,and has low packaging efficiency.In the sale of cheese,the quality of a package of cheese is generally required to be within the specified range,but at present,there is a general lack of automation equipment for the packaging requirements of cheese.Therefore,it is very necessary to design an automatic production line control system for the automatic packaging,weighting,bagging and packaging of cheese.In this paper,the automatic production line of cheese is deeply researched.The overall scheme of the control system of the automatic packaging production line of cheese is designed for the mechanical structure and control requirements of the automatic production line of cheese.The scheme adopts distributed system structure and modular design idea.The real-time main control module is the core,and it is connected with other modules through RS485 or CAN bus to coordinate execution,including human-computer interaction module and actuator module.Then analyze the work requirements of each module and propose the corresponding scheme design.For the human-machine module,the Linux operating system is designed as a platform to achieve good interface operation and multi-tasking architecture of the module.For the main control module,the servo motor five-stage S-curve acceleration and deceleration method and the forward and reverse control method are adopted to ensure the stability and high efficiency of the stereoscopic library rotation;Three kinds of cheese weighting algorithms such as interval distribution method,mass pairing method and recursive array combination method are designed to effectively guarantee the feasibility of the whole system.Designing an analog voltage control inverter for the actuator module to ensure stable control of the AC motor;Design a method that uses encoder counting and sensor detection to ensure that the cheese starts and stops at a high speed and smoothly on the conveyor belt;Design a separate emergency alarm shutdown solution that increases operator safety when using the entire system.The results of the system experimental platform and field test show that the distributed and modularized automatic packaging line control system of cheese is stable and the communication is normal and reliable,which greatly promotes the automation level of cheese weight packaging.The design requirements have broad application prospects.
