With the development of economy in China,great abundance of daily necessities and increase of material consumption,disposable products and packed commodities are widely used,resulting in municipal solid waste,which is an indispensable source of environmental pollution.In order to solve the problems of quantitative reduction,pollution of municipal solid waste,to reduce the cost of sorting SMW,and to promote the development of SMW post-processing industry,this paper is targeted to design a simplified classification system for property management companies with the effect of economy and industrialization.On a basis of a brief introduction about current situation of domestic research,this paper analyzes the composition,mechanics characteristic,aerodynamics characteristic,the motion simulation analysis of light-quality garbage in the wind-field,determine the structure parameters of the key parts of the air-selecting device.Analysis of motion simulation of ferromagnetic waste in magnetic field,determine the structural parameters of the key parts of the magnetic field of the magnetic separation device.Using Solidworks2010 mechanical simulation module,the mechanical simulation of key parts in broken parts of the broken device is carried out,the structural dimensions of key parts and the feasibility of the materials,finally,the structural parameters of key parts in the broken interior are determined.The details are as follows:Aimed at municipal solid waste in the community,this part figures out the composition with statistical method,analysis its mechanics characteristic and aerodynamics characteristic.The simulation analysis of the air flow field formed by the fan is simulated by ADAMS finite element simulation software,analysis of motion simulation of light quality garbage in the wind field,according to the simulation results,the structural dimension parameters of the key components in the air selection are determined,then,according to the principle of meeting technological requirements,reasonable structure,convenient processing,and low production cost,the overall structure dimension parameters of the air selection device are determined.The magnetic field of permanent magnet is simulated by COMSOL finite element simulation software,analysis of the motion simulation of ferromagnetic waste in magnetic field,according to the simulation results,the structural dimension parameters of key parts of the broken interior are determined,then the overall structure dimension parameters of the magnetic separation device are determined according to the above principles.Using the Solidworks2010 mechanical simulation module to analyze the mechanical simulation of key parts of the broken device,verify the rationality and reliability of the parameters of the key parts.This part applies test prototype Solidworks2010 to set up the procedures of virtual assembly design,according to the structural dimension parameters of the key parts identified,establish a 3D model of key parts,then assemble the design,set up the magnetic separation device,the air-selecting device,the crushing plant model.Finally,according to established model,meet the principle of technical requirement,structure rationality,convenient processing and manufacturing,low production cost,determine the overall structure dimension parameters of the feeding device and the conveying device,and then set up the feeding device and conveying device model.
