| Hexanitrohexaazaisoprene(CL-20)is a caged nitramine elemental explosive with extremely high energy density and excellent detonation performance,but high mechanical sensitivity greatly reduces CL-20 security,which limits its application prospects.As a new modification technique,eutectic is to combine two or more different kinds of molecules into the same crystal lattice through non-covalent bonds to form multi-component crystals with specific structure and properties.In order to solve the shortcomings of CL-20 mechanical sensitivity,the use of energy-insensitive materials with lower mechanical sensitivity as ligands to form eutectic with CL-20 can effectively improve the density,thermal stability and mechanical sensitivity of CL-20 explosives.In this paper,solvent evaporation method,hydrothermal method,freeze-drying method and ball milling method were used to explore the preparation of CL-20 series eutectic.The eutectic was characterized and analyzed by polarized light microscope,super-depth material microstructure observation instrument,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),powder X-ray diffraction test(XRD),etc.And the national military standard Fall height method were used to test for the impact sensitivity of the eutectic.The main work of the thesis are as follows:(1)The solubility of the energetic materials such as CL-20,LLM-105,MTNP,etc.in different solvents was determined by equilibrium method at room temperature.It provides a theoretical basis for the choice of solvent and the preparation method in the preparation process of eutectic.(2)The results show that: a.When the solvent is anhydrous methanol,CL-20 and LLM-105 are under double saturation conditions,the CL-20/LLM-105 eutectic is successfully prepared by the preparation conditions are solvent evaporation method.b.When the solvent is anhydrous acetonitrile,and the CL-20/MTNP eutectic is successfully prepared by the preparation conditions are solvent evaporation method under the condition that the molar ratio of CL-20 and MTNP is 1:1.(3)The CL-20/LLM-116 eutectic,CL-20/LLM-105 eutectic,CL-20/FOX-7 eutectic were prepared by freeze-drying method and ball milling method.And the impact sensitivity of CL-20 has been greatly reduced. |
