| Hydraulic support is an important part of fully mechanized mining equipment in coal mine,and is the main safety protection device in fully mechanized mining face.Its pillar is the main bearing component,so the reliability of the pillar in the use process has high requirements.Because the quality and concentration of hydraulic oil have changed after the column has been used for a long time,even impurities have been added,which leads to corrosion on the inner surface of the cylinder block,resulting in large and small corrosion pits.The corrosion pit on the inner surface of the column seriously affects the sealing effect,and the edge of the corrosion pit also scratches the sealing parts and causes the damage of the sealing parts.Therefore,this paper designs a honing machine specially used for processing and repairing the inner wall of hydraulic support column cylinder,in order to realize the processing and repairing of vertical column cylinder,thereby increasing the service life of hydraulic support,reducing the cost of coal mine fully mechanized mining equipment,and improving the economic benefits of fully mechanized mining technology.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper introduces the working principle of the hydraulic support,introduces the damage forms of the main bearing parts of the hydraulic support,and introduces and analyses the principle and characteristics of honing.(2)Honing machine adopts horizontal structure to design the whole mechanism of the honing machine.By describing the various mechanisms of the honing machine design,the composition and functions of each mechanism are introduced in detail.(3)The power and transmission system of honing machine are designed and calculated,the selection of motor and the distribution of transmission ratio are determined,the gear transmission is designed and checked accordingly,and the transmission shaft is designed and checked accordingly.(4)The structure design of several main mechanisms of honing machine is carried out,and the corresponding finite element analysis is carried out,and the corresponding optimization design of some parts is carried out according to the calculation results. |
