Study On The Responsibility Of Coal Enterprises For Ecological Civilization

Coal is the main energy source of China's modern economic development.It plays an important role in the development of national economy and the construction of social system at present and in the future.In addition to providing important energy support for production and life,the coal industry also has an important contribution to solve the employment problems closely related to people's livelihood.However,the exploitation of coal resources has always been unconscious of the pursuit of economic interests and the original desire for material wealth accumulation,which has made people tend to pursue more and strengthen the proportion of interest growth in economic activities,so that coal enterprises have not paid attention to the exploration of new mines,the exploitation of resources,the abandonment of old mines and other links.The responsibility for the construction of ecological civilization has resulted in the long-standing environmental pollution problems in the coal enterprises and the areas where the coal industry is an important economic support,and the ecological environment is facing great pressure.As far as the external pressure of coal industry development is concerned,resource transformation and environmental protection cannot be ignored.Research purposes: By systematically collecting and carefully sorting out the existing literature,taking the theory of corporate social responsibility as the relevant theoretical basis,taking the fulfillment of the responsibility of ecological civilization construction of coal enterprises as the breakthrough point,and on the basis of extensive collection of literature,systematic and centralized practice and research,we can make full use of the research methods of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis to further understand the development of Shanxi coal enterprises.Current situation,recognize the course of responsibility development of coal enterprises ‘ecological civilization construction and the practice of coal enterprises' ecological civilization construction.Based on the strategic orientation of the eighteenth and nineteenth congresses of the National People's Congress of China,this paper further analyses the theory of ecological civilization related to coal enterprises,and analyses the implementation of the responsibility of ecological civilization construction of Shanxi coalenterprises from the current situation,problems and the causes of the problems.Finally,combining with the actual requirements,it puts forward how Shanxi coal enterprises can better fulfill the responsibility of ecological civilization construction.Make suggestions and opinions.To clarify the social responsibility of coal enterprises under the guidance of the construction of ecological civilization,to construct the important part of social requirement of coal enterprises with the construction of ecological civilization as the core,to strengthen legislation to ensure the implementation of responsibility,to standardize the disclosure and supervision system of social responsibility of coal enterprises,to agglomerate the "ecological consciousness and ecological consensus" of coal enterprises in the whole society,and to promote the implementation of environmental protection responsibility through multi-support.
