| Cordyceps militaris(a entomogeous fungi)has been used as a traditional dietary treatment for thousands of years.The continuous development of the application value of Cordyceps militaris has gradually become a new research hotspot.In this paper,the extraction process of Cordyceps militaris extract was studied,and the pharmacological effects of Cordyceps militaris extract were further developed.AgNPs have strong antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects.AgNPs are widely used in cosmetics and medical treatment.However,chemical synthesis of silver nanoparticles has many problems such as environmental pollution and high cost.Therefore,there is a need to develop a more environmentally friendly method of synthesizing silver nanoparticles.The silver nanoparticals were synthesized environmentally by biological methods using Cordyceps militaris extract.In this paper,the antibacterial properties of Cordyceps militaris extract and its effects on zebrafish embryo development were studied.The basic properties of the synthetic silver nanoparticals,such as the optical properties,morphology,size and structural characteristics of silver nanoparticals,were investigated.The antibacterial properties of Cordyceps militaris extract and silver nanoparticals were also explored.And the effects of Cordyceps militaris extract and silver nanoparticals on embryonic development of zebrafish.Finally,there are the following results of our research:1.Three kinds of Cordyceps militaris extracts were obtained by different extraction methods,and three kinds of stable silver nanoparticals were synthesized with the help of Cordyceps militaris extract by biological methods.2.After preliminary green synthesis of Cordyceps militaris extract,we studied the basic properties of Cordyceps militaris extract such as the optical properties of silver nanoparticals.The UV-Vis spectra of AgNPs in water were measured from 360 to 600 nm on UV-2450 spectrophotometer.The characteristic absorption peak of the silver nanoparticals in the range of 400-500 nm confirmed the formation of the silver nanoparticals.3.Study on the morphology and size of silver nanoparticals.We used a transmission electron microscope(TEM)to visually and effectively observe that the nanoparticles are spherical,scattered,and slightly agglomerated,and the diameter of the silver nanocomposites is about 100 nm.4.We explored the antibacterial properties of Cordyceps militaris extract and silver nanoparticals,including minimum inhibitory concentration,minimum bactericidal concentration and inhibition zone size.The results showed that both Cordyceps extract and silver nanoparticals had antibacterial effects,but the antibacterial effect of silver nanoparticals was more significant.5.The effects of Cordyceps militaris extract and silver nanoparticals on the embryonic development of zebrafish.We mainly studied the effects of Cordyceps militaris extract and silver nanoparticals on zebrafish embryo development in five aspects:mortality of zebrafish,body length of zebrafish,heart rate of zebrafish,eyes area of zebrafish,yolk sac area of zebrafish.It showed that Cordyceps militaris extract had a beneficial effect on the development of zebrafish embryos,while silver nanocomplexes we re slightly toxic to zebrafish embryo development. |
