As a key component of CNC machine tools,the ball screw pair is an important functional component of precision mechanical positioning and transmission.It has a series of advantages such as high positioning accuracy,high transmission efficiency and long service life.The level of its manufacturing directly affects the development level of CNC machine tools.Therefore,it is of great and far-reaching significance to improve the manufacturing level of the ball screw pair.In the processing of the ball screw pair,the processing technology of the key process of the ball screw restricts the improvement of the overall production and processing efficiency and the improvement of precision.In this paper,from the actual production and processing of ball screw,two important aspects of quenching heat treatment and error compensation technology that affect the final performance index of ball screw are studied in depth.The main research work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the key problems exist from the failure analysis of the ball screw.The heat treatment process and equipment are optimized.Then,according to the typical screw processing technology,the generation and compensation technology of the pitch error was studied.The process effects are compared and analyzed.Finally,the experimentally optimized products are compared with the advanced products of the same industry at home and abroad,and the advanced nature of the proposed process is evaluated.The quality of surface induction heating quenching heat treatment directly affects the wear resistance of the screw raceway and the fatigue life of the ball screw pair.Based on a large number of experimental data,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of traditional induction heating quenching heat treatment process in the manufacturing process of ball screw and its influence on product quality.It is proposed to carry out in-depth research on the structural improvement of the inductor and the optimization of the process parameters,to explore the test data and realize the precise control technology of the process parameters.In order to improve the stability of quenching quality,it has achieved better improvement in metallographic structure,hardness gradient and wear resistanceAnalyze factors affecting ball screw accuracy,especially pitch accuracy during machining.The ball screw pitch error compensation technology is proposed.Among the various indexes of the ball screw acceptance standard,the stroke error of the lead screw is the main index to measure its accuracy.The thread precision can be detected by the laser screw dynamic measuring instrument and the true state of the stroke error can be fed back.Heat treatment heat distortion during roughing is the main source of thread travel error.After induction heating and quenching,the rough-machined threads will have different degrees of pitch error deformation.Through the test,the data of each performance parameter after deformation can be deeply explored,and a large amount of data can reflect the deformation amount of the pitch with relatively stable maximum extent.Then,according to the change of the deformation amount of different specifications,the pitch deformation law is explored,and the error compensation measures are taken to improve the precision of the semi-finishing of the ball screw,so that the remaining amount of the grinding thread can be compressed,and the machining efficiency,pitch and tooth profile precision can be improved.At the end of the paper,the verification process is carried out to verify the key process improvement measures and precision control methods in the ball screw processing proposed by the project.Experimental principle:After the ball screw optimized by the process measures,after precision assembly,the precision retention and fatigue life tests are carried out to verify the comprehensive performance of the optimized ball screw,including the comprehensive lead and the pre-tightening force.Dynamic pre-tightening torque and fatigue pitting.The results show that the product processing scheme and precision control method proposed in this paper have high feasibility.In the comparison experiment with the foreign advanced ball screw pair,the comprehensive performance and fatigue life index of the ball screw pair processed by the optimized measures are adopted.Basically reached the advanced level of the same industry.
