| This paper introduces a new design of ball screw dynamic measuring system for HanJiang Tools Factory. Motion controller is used in AC servo system which drives the main axis of the machine.According to the latest standard of ball screw accuracy in china the system software is developed to accept a programs of four specifications of travel accuracy of ball screw automatically. In error evaluation of ball screw , least square method is adopted to calculate regression coefficient. A high speed computational method is presented to compute evaluating index of lead precision of ball screws pair ,which also provide a high computing precision.The error source of screw pair are analysed and discussed, multiple lever error separation is realized to dynamic error data of lead screw. Spectral analysis, phase transform , fuzzy logic diagnosis is adopted to diagnose the error of lead screw.The software of measuring and controlling system is developed which makes measuring process completed automatically and intelligently. |
