With the United States becoming China's largest trading partner,the volume of trade between China and the United States has increased from $8.6 billion in 1995 to $275.8 billion in 2017.The huge trade surplus has led to the rapid growth of China's energy consumption and carbon emissions.Moreover,from 2001 to 2015.the proportion of US anti-dumping duties against China increased from 10.67%to 16.28%,especially Sino-us trade friction in this year.The"China climate threat"and unreasonable demands for emission reduction from the US political circle are unfair to China.Therefore,it is necessary to measure the amount of carbon emission transfer between China and the United States.In this case,this paper uses the world input-output table provided by WIOD,and used MRIO and SRIO models to calculate the carbon emissions transferred between China and the us from 1995 to 2009,and investigates the influencing factors of the growth of Sino-us trade by SDA method.The results show that the carbon emission transfer between China and the United States can be measured more accurately with the MRIO model,while the SRIO model overestimates the carbon emission transfer from the United States to China.During the study period,the carbon emissions transferred from the United States to China and from China to the United States both showed a rising trend.In this case,China's environmental resource load was increasing.China's massive carbon emissions serve the final demand of the United States,namely,the prominent problem of "American consumption,Chinese pollution".Therefore,it is unfair for China that the current international climate system only calculates the carbon emission responsibility of each country based on the production side carbon emission.Through the analysis of the departments,we can find that between China and the United States department of carbon transfer structure is concentrated in the "electricity,gas and water production and supply industry",while the sector exports less but more emissions,this is because the industry is not direct production of products,but to provide power for industry production of other products,so our country should not only save energy in the downstream,but also in the upstream energy industry.Improving the efficiency of energy use in the industry,improving the energy consumption structure,can help to reduce carbon emissions.The SDA decomposition results show that the United States to China carbon emissions is mainly due to the expansion of exports,export structure effect change,domestic production of input and output structure change,and reduction of carbon intensity has a negative effect.followed by the survey,in which industrial sector co2 emissions is the largest,and the main source of carbon emissions in the industrial sector for the energy industry and heavy industry.And in contrast,China to the us carbon emissions,which during the whole period of study.input and output structure effect and scale effect played a positive role in carbon emissions,and the intensity of carbon emissions effect and structure effect has played a negative role.this suggests that China imports less carbon-intensive products from the United States,while China exports more carbon-intensive products to the United States,once again confirm the'·consumption in the United States,China's pollution problem".In terms of sub-sectors,it is the industrial sector that produces the most carbon emissions,while in the industrial sector,it is the energy sector and heavy manufacturing that produces the most carbon emission,which is similar to the results of China's carbon emissions exported to the United States.In view of the above conclusions,this paper puts forward four suggestions:first of all,We should promote the reform and improvement of the carbon emission accounting system.Secondly,energy conservation and emission reduction measures should be adopted for industries.Thirdly,To promote the low-carbon energy consumption structure and reduce the proportion of coal consumption:we should accelerate technological innovation in energy efficiency and raise it.
