As a " killer" of human health,electromagnetic radiation has an impact on people’s lives.In recent years,with the enhancement of people’s awareness of electromagnetic protection,electromagnetic shielding fabrics have developed rapidly.At present,the research and development of electromagnetic shielding fabrics focuses on improving the performance of plane fabrics.The research on the influence of fabric performance on the electromagnetic shielding performance of clothing needs to be further studied.Clothing has a three-dimensional structure,and its electromagnetic shielding effectiveness is inevitably affected by the structure.It is of great significance to optimize the design of clothing structure and further improve the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness.In the process of wearing the anti-electromagnetic radiation clothing,the external force will affect the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness.This paper studies the influencing factors of the stability of the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of clothing and provides theoretical guidance for clothing design and daily maintenance.This paper designs a method for testing the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of clothing.Radiation sources are set up in front of,directly above and on the side of the human platform,and the average value is taken as the shielding value to make the testing result more accurate.The HFSS software is used to establish a simulation model analysis.Poly Dragon,which has the least influence on the experiment,is selected from glass fiber,poly dragon and ABS plastic,and a new type of poly dragon is made.Analysis of variance is used to study the influence of fabric properties on electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of clothing.Taking gram weight,silver fiber content and fabric type as the research objects,the variance significance analysis of the test results is carried out by SPSS software,and it is pointed out that gram weight is better than gram weight for clothing electromagnetic shielding efficiency.The electromagnetic shielding efficiency of clothing with high silver fiber content is better than that with low silver fiber content.Under the same conditions,the electromagnetic shielding efficiency of woven fabrics is greater than that of knitted fabrics.The influence of structure on electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of clothing was studied by orthogonal experiment.Selecting garment length,sleeve length,hem circumference and collar as structural design factors,orthogonal experimental analysis shows that the significant degree of influence of four structural factors on clothing electromagnetic shielding effectiveness is garment length,sleeve length,hem circumference and collar in turn.Further analysis shows that under the same conditions,the longer the garment length and sleeve length,the better the clothing electromagnetic shielding effectiveness.Should give priority to lapel,collar clothing instead of collarless clothing;The effect of hem on electromagnetic shielding efficiency of clothing is not significant.On this basis,a structural optimization design scheme is proposed to make the hem and sleeve close to the human body and reduce the exposed area of the human body in the radiation environment.This paper studies the influence of external factors such as washing and ironing on the stability of electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of clothing,makes a significant analysis of the influencing factors,and suggests reducing the washing and ironing times of anti-electromagnetic radiation clothing. |
