Study On The Absorbing Material Of Multi-layer Electromagnetic Shielding Clothing

At the time of the rapid development of communication technology,all kinds of electronic and electrical products which facilitate human life have come into being.At the same time,the electromagnetic radiation produced by them also has great harm to human health.In order to protect human body from electromagnetic radiation,electromagnetic shielding clothing has become a hot research topic.At present,there are many kinds of shielding materials in the market,which are basically single wave absorbing or reflective fabrics,but there are few fabrics that are blended with reflective fiber and absorbing fiber.At present,the research on the electromagnetic shielding clothing fabric is mostly confined to the shielding effectiveness and wave absorbing performance of single layer fabric,but less research on shielding effectiveness and absorbing performance of the absorbing type multilayer electromagnetic shielding clothing fabric.Therefore,the absorption and shielding effectiveness of the absorbing multilayer electromagnetic shielding clothing fabric has become an urgent need to be explored.In the direction,this subject uses fabric weaving equipment to blend the absorbing fiber into the reflective fabric,and designs and studies the absorbing material of the double layer electromagnetic shielding garment,which provides a scheme for the study of the better electromagnetic shielding effectiveness and the better compatibility of the fabric.The theoretical knowledge of shielding mechanism of electromagnetic shielding clothing is studied.This paper first compares the present single layer shielding fabric,and blended the absorbing fiber into the electromagnetic shielding fabric,and weaves the plain weave fabric with different ratio of absorbing fiber,and tests the microstructure,absorbing property and shielding effectiveness of the monolayer wave absorbing fabric,and proves that the absorbing wave is used in this paper.The science and rationality of fiber blendedinto reflective fabric.Then,according to the study of the absorbing fabric,the design of the double layer absorbing material is designed from the types of absorbing fiber,the compatibility of the absorbing fiber,the fabric structure,the thickness of the fabric,the pore of the yarn,the hole of the fabric and the layer of the fabric.The analysis of the absorbing performance and shielding effectiveness of the double-layer absorbing material is analyzed.The regularity and influence factors of absorbing and shielding effectiveness of absorbing double-layer shielding fabrics are studied.Finally,a reasonable multi-layer compatibility scheme of electromagnetic shielding clothing fabric is presented.The research of this topic can help to explore and improve the shielding properties of the electromagnetic shielding clothing fabric,and it will be rich in the shielding theory of the electromagnetic shielding fabric.By analyzing the influence factors of the absorbing fabric with single-layer electromagnetic shielding fabric,it provides a theoretical basis for the design of the structure parameters of the absorbing electromagnetic shielding clothing fabric in the future,and is of practical significance for developing the anti electromagnetic radiation clothing fabric with high shielding performance.The influence factors of shielding effectiveness of the absorbing material of multilayer electromagnetic shielding clothing fabric are studied,which lays a theoretical foundation for the multi-layer compatibility of electromagnetic radiation clothing fabric and provides theoretical support for the development of electromagnetic shielding clothing.
