Refractory products are widely used in high temperature industrial production process,for example,refractory products play an irreplaceable important role in the field of cement,chemical industry,steel,glass and other areas of the national economy.China is undergoing economic transformation and upgrading,eliminating backward production capacity.In this context,the rational design of production processes,improving the automation of the production of refractory materials,reducing energy consumption is imminent.This thesis is based on the background of a refractory material Co.Ltd.production line,focusing on the kiln car automatic transport system.First,the process of kiln car automatic transport system and the equipment working principle which the system includes are introduced.Then,transport system layout,transport vehicle and transport system of communication the function of each part,the software realization of PLC transfer vehicle program and driving speed to develop strategy are introduced.The transport car is a large energy consuming equipment,the different order of the transport car to perform the task has a great impact on the energy consumption,so this thesis studies the optimal scheduling of transport cars.Because the two models of ant colony algorithm and transport car scheduling is quite similar,the ant colony algorithm is used.In view of the deficiency of traditional ant colony algorithm,an improved ant colony algorithm(Ant colony algorithm based on pheromone diffusion)is put forward.The situation of the Single Track-Single Car is modeled and simulated with the improved algorithm.And compared the traditional ant colony algorithm and improved ant colony algorithm for solving the problem of the Single Track-Single Car,found that the performance of the improved ant colony algorithm is better than the traditional one.For the situation of the Single Track-Double Car,it is similar to MTSP(Multiple traveling salesman problem),and it is converted to MTSP.Then,the two car collision avoidance strategy is introduced,and in order to decide which transport car needs make avoid action,the concept of relative priority is defined,and the model of the Single Track-Double Car is established and simulated with the improved algorithm.
