Abstract/Summary:
After the reform and opening up,along with the rapid growth of China’s economy,China’s cement industry has also developed rapidly.In recent years,as China’s economic development has entered "new normal",the economic downward pressure is increased,and the problem of overcapacity in cement industry is outstanding,while at the same time,the environmental supervision and inspection force is constantly strengthened,and the development of cement enterprises is greatly challenged.Taking N cement company as an example,the competitive strategy analysis is carried out.By analyzing the development environment,development conditions and constraints of N cement company,the opportunities and challenges in the competition are analyzed,so as to clarify the development ideas,clarify the development strategy,promote the scientific,orderly and healthy development of N cement company,and accelerate the transformation and upgrading.This study can help cement enterprises of the same kind in China to explore the establishment of high-quality development mode and improve the utilization efficiency of resources and energy and economic benefits.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the background,research significance,literature review,commonly used strategic analysis tools,three types of competitive strategies,research contents and methods.The second part introduces the present situation of cement industry and analyzes the external environment of N cement company from two dimensions of macro environment and industrial environment.The third part introduces the development process and status quo of N cement company,and analyzes the internal environment of N cement company from four aspects,including human resource management,organizational structure,capacity design and production technology.The fourth part identifies and selects the competitive strategy of N cement company through SWOT analysis.The fifth part is the implementation of the strategy and safeguard measures.The sixth part is the conclusion.According to SWOT analysis,N cement company is in the second quadrant,that is,the company faces good external opportunities for development but is limited by internal disadvantages.According to the model of positioning,N cement company should adopt reverse sexual strategy(settlement),the most suitable N cement company is on the basis of the total cost leadership strategy,combined with the differentiation strategy,relying on the existing location,technology,labor,capital and other advantages,seize the "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in infrastructure projects","in a" strategic positioning to create more favorable conditions and for the advance of the housing industrialization brings development opportunities,such as by adjusting the human resources structure,accelerate the transformation of phase ii project construction to reduce the constraints of development.
