The liquid shock wave pressure transmission characteristics researches were starting based on spherical shock wave of underwater explosion,mainly focused on the analysis of underwater explosion shock wave propagation and the underwater shock wave on some constructions'damage.In recent years,some foreign research results show that underwater shock wave has a great development space for the application of some metal forming.On the one hand,liquid medium is flexible,the flexible medium can provide uniform pressure,especially suitable for sheet metal forming applications;on the other hand,the high rate of forming can improve the formability of sheet metal,as some high hardness and difficult machining metal.Especially in recent years,it has been widely used in aluminum,lithium and magnesium alloy aerospace materials and obtained advantages.It is of theoretical significance to study the propagation characteristics of shock wave in liquid,and it is necessary to have a lot of experimental verifications.It has the disadvantages of operating risk and high cost for traditional explosive type of shock wave of underwater shock wave loading experiments,application of the technology of non-drug underwater shock wave loading gradually by related researchers concerned,the non-drug underwater shock wave loading technique is used to generate underwater shock wave by using the impact loading of the shock loading device.The study on the characteristics of liquid pressure transmission under impact loading,mainly concerning the mechanism and the law of shock wave generation and attenuation in liquid medium under different situations by theory and experiment researches.Firstly,the generation mechanism and the transmission law of the liquid shock wave under impact loading will be studied,the theoretical researches and calculations will be carried out.The working principle of the impact loading device will be described,and a shock loading device will be designed,which can be used to study the shock wave characteristics under impact loading.Through the establishment of impact loading underwater shock wave experimental device to study the characteristics of liquid pressure propagation under different impact loadings and the deformations of 5A06 aluminum plate under different impact loadings,through the simulations and experiments to verify the correctness of the theory by using the device.
