| With the oil exploration technology from shallow layer to deep,super deep and offshore oil drilling and other fields,because of the large rock hardness in deep strata,the problem of sticking and drilling will appear in the operation of conventional rotary drilling technology in deep well operation,which seriously affects the oil exploration cycle.The PDC bit and the torque impactor can solve this problem very well,so the research on torque impactor is an important topic.Based on the TorkBuster torsional impactor,the working principle and energy transfer mechanism of torsional impactor are studied in this paper.First of all,through the analysis of the Tork Buster torque impactor,the torsion impactor in this paper is determined,and the model of the torsion impactor is established and its movement principle is analyzed.Then the transfer mechanism of energy in the torsion impactor is analyzed.The propagation characteristics and propagation equations of elastic waves in the medium are introduced,the waveform of the elastic wave and the shape of the hammer with the best wave form are analyzed under the best rock breaking efficiency.The transfer equation of the stress wave on the smooth cross section is studied.The transfer equation of the stress wave in different cross sections(convex section,concave deformation section,conical variable section)is derived,and the reflection law of the stress wave at the boundary of the medium is studied and analyzed in the form of differential equation by the principle of the stress wave transfer.The relationship between the reflectivity of the stress wave and the boundary conditions and properties of the transfer medium is analyzed.Finally,the axial transmission mechanism of the stress wave in the torsion impactor is studied and analyzed by using the love wave theory,and the influence of the discontinuity of the transmission part of the torque impact on the force wave transfer is studied and analyzed.According to the boundary conditions set up in the theoretical study,the actual model of the transfer component is processed,and the experimental platform is set up according to the simulation environment.The analysis of the stress wave and propagation characteristics of the reasonable loading of the impact machinery of the rotating cross section is analyzed,and the shape of the punching hammer and the reasonable waveform and gradual change are studied through the experiment.The influence of the change of surface geometry parameters on the propagation characteristics of force wave.Through the analysis of the working principle and energy transfer mechanism of the torsion impactor,this paper is of great significance to the research and development of the torsion impactor and the improvement of the energy transfer efficiency of the torsion impact. |
