| Oily sludge is the main solid waste generated in the process of exploitation,transportation and utilization process of crude oil.It contains a lot of toxic and harmful substances,such as heavy metals,aromatic hydrocarbons and so on,which are easy to pollute the environment.But at the same time,there are a lot of petroleum resources in oily sludge,which has the high value of secondary utilization.Therefore,the harmless treatment and resource utilization technology of oil sludge can not only reduce environmental pollution,but also achieve higher economic value.Among the existing oil sludge treatment technologies,incineration is one of the main technical means for large-scale treatment of oil sludge,but this technology is only suitable to treat oil sludge with high content of oil,and the heat recovery efficiency of existing technology is very low.At the same time,the 1000 MW ultrasupercritical coal-fired unit equipped with flue gas treatment equipment such as desulfurization and denitrification can achieve ultra-low emissions of SOx,NOx,dust and other pollutants in flue gas,and the comprehensive heat utilization efficiency is much higher than that of general equipment.Based on the basic characteristics of oil sludge and the characteristics of 1000 MW ultra supercritical coal-fired unit,this paper designs and analyses the technical route for the coupling utilization of them.The main contents include:1.In this paper,three kinds of oil sludge samples produced at Liuheng Wharf were tested.The parameters of calorific value,three-phase components,SARA oil group components,viscous-temperature characteristics and conventional pollutant content of the oil sludge samples were obtained.The preliminary verification of whether the three kinds of oil sludge samples are suitable for combustion as fuels and whether they are theoretically feasible with 1000 MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired units is a follow-up technical path.2.Based on the experimental parameters of oil sludge samples,this paper designs a variety of technical routes for the coupling utilization of oil sludge and 1000 MW ultra supercritical coal-fired units.Firstly,pretreatment processes of oil sludge are designed,and different utilization schemes of direct combustion and centrifugal separation are proposed for different types of oil sludge.In terms of the form of heat coupling,two different coupling routes,flue gas coupling and steam coupling,are proposed.3.Based on the parameters of oil sludge samples and the related parameters of 1000 MW ultra supercritical coal-fired units in Liuheng Power Plant,this paper calculates the thermodynamic performance of the coupled system.Then,this paper compares the coupling utilization of oil sludge as the flue gas steam parameters,coal consumption reduction and waste coupling capacity of the original ultra-supercritical units,and proceeds from the perspective of investment and income.Economic analysis and comprehensive consideration of land use,heat loss and other practical factors provide the reference for the selection of coupling technology route. |
