With the development of economy and the improvement of living standard,people pay more and more attention to the fit and comfort of clothes.The rapid development of computer technology has further promoted the rise of clothing mass customization.Suit is the most common dress in the workplace.With the increasing popularity of women in the workplace,the market demand for women's suits is also increasing.However,in the actual production process of women's suits,size and specification are generally taken as the basis for the plate making of fit women's suits,which often ignores the differences among different consumers and reduces the fit of women's suits,failing to meet people's requirements for higher fit and comfort of women's suits.Although traditional tailoring can improve the fit and comfort of clothing,it lacks scientific theoretical system and the production cycle is too long to meet the market demand of rapid development.In this paper,PSO-BP neural network model was established to complete the derivation from the human body size of individual consumers to the sample size of fitted women's suits.The template generation rules of fitted women's suits were compiled according to the expert knowledge of fitted women's suits,and the automatic generation of fitted women's suits was realized by combining computer technology.The first is the research on the design of fit suit pattern.The research object is to determine a fit suit style for women through style research.The advantages and disadvantages of prototype method,base method,proportion method and solid size method were compared and analyzed.The solid size method was selected as the plate-making method for research,and the pattern generation rules of fitted women's suits were designed by combining the knowledge of expert board making.Then,BP and pso-bp neural network models were constructed respectively to derive the sample size of fitted women's suits.The human body size data were measured by TC~23d human body scanner,and the sample size data were obtained by expert panel knowledge.Appropriate network construction parameters were selected.The measured human body size was taken as the input vector,and the sample size of fitted women's suits was taken as the output vector to train and test the constructed BP and pso-bp models.Finally,the paper establishes a plane rectangular coordinate system for each part of the pattern of fitted women's suits,designs the generation rules of fitted women's suit pattern according to the plate-making steps of fitted women's suits,And use AUTO LISP language to program the generation rules of fitted women's suits based on the platform of AUTO CAD secondary development to realize the automatic generation of fitted women's suit template.
