Ultrasonic tools are a special tool used in the ultrasonic vibration processing of honeycomb composites.A large number of tools are required for the purpose of production and processing and the purpose of tool parameter research.However,due to the high import price of foreign finished tools and the low efficiency of domestic finished tool production,the problem of large tool demand remains to be solved.At the same time,because the existing CNC grinding machine is mainly designed for general-purpose tools,the efficiency of producing special tools is not ideal.There is currently no CNC grinding machine on the market for grinding ultrasonic tools,so further research is needed on the production efficiency and production cost of ultrasonic tools.In this paper,a series of problems in the production of ultrasonic tools are carried out,and the manufacturing research of special CNC grinding machines for ultrasonic tools is carried out.Some key technologies involved in the research are systematically studied.The main research contents are as follows:1.The design method of the special CNC grinding machine structure was analyzed.The concept of modular design was introduced into the independent design of the grinding machine.The functional modules of the CNC grinding machine were designed in detail from the basic functions of the grinding machine and the ultrasonic machining requirements.On the basis of this,the design process of each main functional module was carried out.Analysis to ensure the scientific and rational design of the grinding machine.2.The numerical control technology applied to the grinding machine was studied.The open CNC system was built for the modular design of the ultrasonic grinding machine.Starting from the design principle of open CNC system,the design and construction of the hardware structure of the whole CNC grinding machine was carried out.The open source software Mach3 was used to construct the human-computer interaction interface of the numerical control system.At the same time,the automatic tool setting technology of ultrasonic tool was studied by using the open characteristics of Mach3..3.The error control technology in the grinding process of ultrasonic grinding machine for CNC grinding machine is studied.Through error source analysis,several types of errors in ultrasonic tool processing are obtained,and the degree of influence of different error types on the finished tool size is analyzed and analyzed.Based on this,a method of improving the zero return accuracy of the special CNC grinding machine by using the Z-phase pulse characteristics of the servo motor encoder is proposed,and the effectiveness of the method in improving the repeating zero return accuracy of the grinding machine axis is verified.4.In order to realize the automatic machining process of ultrasonic tool for ultrasonic tool special CNC grinding machine,the automatic programming technology of machining was studied.The machining process of the ultrasonic tool is optimized and the programming of the G code is designed.Based on the data processing function of MATLAB software,the GUI interface of parameterized automatic programming is designed and verified by automatic programming.
