| West-east gas pipeline project is the national major projects.The greatest contribution of this project is promoting the localization of the key equipment.The first batch of China made total 7 sets 20MW electrical-drive VFD compressors are the fist time to carry out the localization research in this field.The core contain the compressor and its VFD system.Although the r&d cost is high,but the purchase price of the domestic equipment is lower 10%than the import equipment in same period in the 2nd line west-east gas pipline project,lower 30%than the 1st line west-east gas pipline project.Economic value is tremendous.Compressor unit is called the "heart" of natural gas pipeline.Previously,compressors and drive equipments are all imported from foreign countries,The most difficulty is its tremendous single-machine capacity,hash operating conditions,high degree of automation requirements and precise performance adjusting requirements.Previously,China chould not make this kind of big power VFD and high speed motor used for driving pipeline compressors.It need high requirements in the aspect of stability for speed control,safety protection and system matching skill.The thesis depends on the west-east gas pipeline 2nd line project.designed and realized the electric drive compressor VFD control system.The thesis on the basis of analysis about related literature inland and abroad,analyzed the pipeline technology and working principle of variable frequency drive compressor,designed the overall structure of variable frequency drive system,and made its type selection of VFD&motor.Completed the function design of auxiliary system.Made an in-depth study of speed control,Designed and implemented the alarm system,chain protection control,start control function of VFD.Furthermore,designed the compressor procedure control and anti-surge control with VFD participating in.The actual application shows that the system design is effective. |
