In recent years,Performance Evaluation as an important part of Human Resources Management has been used in organization management by many institutions more and more.But with another phenomenon are operators of great majority mangers are baffled by kind of problems in performance evaluation,especially how to improve the method of performance evaluation so that it can support and achieve the strategic goal of Inc.,and suit with the developing stage of the company.In order to find out the improvement thinking through comparing several performance evaluation methods,we starting on analysis and diagnosis for the performance evaluation status of Shaanxi Environmental Engineering Assessment Center.Combine Qualitative analysis with Quantitative analysis as the major studying method.Through resourcing,investigation,questionaire survey,fully acquainted with the personnel status and the employees' needs of Shaanxi Environmental Engineering Assessment Center,have mastered the employees' oppions and suggestions on the performance evaluation.Combining with the theory learned in MBA center of Xi'an Electronic and Science University,track out the method to improve the performance evaluation by learning the related theoretical knowledge of performance evaluation and comparing various types of performance evaluation methods.Firstly,introducing the commonly theories of performance evaluation.Secondly,according to full-scale analysis through the participated process of human resources consulted project for Shaanxi Environmental Engineering Assessment Center,find out the deep-seated problems in the present performance Evaluation methods,bring forward choosing and advancing systems which can meet the actual requires of Shaanxi Environmental Engineering Assessment Center,put KPI as base,BSC as guideline,MBO as fulfilled mode,Synthetical Performance Evaluation Method.Introducing the analytic methods on improvement effects of the Assessment Center Performance Evaluation Method through analysis and diagnosis model,the Evaluation index system,data source and basic research method.Lastly,expatiating how to apply new method in a company form implementary plan,key links,to several relationships that should be dealt with well and suggestions of implementary steps.
