In the past years,risk management has been an indispensable component of modern enterprise management system.The risk management of engineering project is a combined discipline of engineering project management and risk management and is an important component of engineering project construction management.The risk management of project during each stage is the important guarantee to successfully complete the project and give play to social interest and economic interest.The research and application of project risk management will bring about momentous significance to guide project organization,which can guarantee to minimize the risk losses by most economical resource consumption and reliably and successfully guarantee the success of project scheduled goal.As a part of project management,risk management has momentous influence and significance to guarantee the successful implementation of project.Chemical industry is China's important pillar industry,which has very important significance on China's social and economic development.The production units of chemical projects mostly have the following characteristics:flammable and combustible,high-temperature and high-pressure,and highly corrosive and toxic,etc.Moreover,the investment scale of chemical project is large,with long-term construction cycle,complicated process,many professional and risk factors,etc.Therefore,intensifying the research on risk management research is very important for the success of project.The paper selects the risk management of the chemical project under construction as object of study,and utilizes our company's 100 thousand ton/year propylene and co-production arena chemical project under construction as example.It has analyzed which risks can be used for quantitative analysis,which risks can only be used for qualitative analysis,and which risks can be used for combined quantitative and qualitative analysis,so as to adopt corresponding countermeasures for different risk preventions and apply method put forward into specific project.On the basis of case analysis,it analyzes the application of risk management planning,risk recognition,risk evaluation,and risk control on management of the project under construction,and offers corresponding countermeasures and opinions for different risks.The research result has certain reference and application significance for decreasing risk losses,formulating control countermeasures,and increasing economic benefits.
